I was there today and they make you wait for other customers getting full lines, phones and it takes a long time even if we just getting a phone case they couldn't just check me out quick. At&t store was fire! Hello my name is Ericka and I use to be a Tmobile user..but they can kick rocks cause AT&T is all that and then some. After years of horrible experience and service I decided to go back to AT&T. I went in with an old cracked S8 (still works just fine though) and they let me trade it in for the new S23 plus ( yep, I'm an android girl) free of charge (just had to pay taxes) and with great memory and monthly charge with insurance and upgrades. All of that and it was still cheaper than Tmobile. I appreciated Amy B. who assisted me and even had my friend come in and do 2 upgrades herself. Service was friendly, straight forward and no BS. So happy I made the change...maybe you should too?! read more

10/04/2024 at 12:00PM I Walked in the store SW137 Ave and 120 St. I was approached by a gentleman. There was nobody else waiting to be on the list for an appointment with a sales rep. All I did was ask you to walk me through to set the face ID. He said he could not do that. All I want is for him to overlook at what I was doing because for some reason, I could not get it done. Again, it's not about whether he can do it or not. It's just about the way he just cut me totally off. I agree with the previous messages, this at&t store is always busy. also the customer service gets a thumbs up, but they lack knowledge of their services. they should know what the insurance coverage consists of. I went in with my wife in an attempt to trade in our iPhones for the new iPhone X. As soon as we walked in, we were looking around for at least 10 minutes with no employee in sight. I spotted an employee talking to a customer at which time she stated nicely that she was the ONLY employee working at the time and another one would be returning from dinner soon. We decided to wait figuring it would be maybe 30-45 minutes. After almost 2 hours of waiting and we were next up to be called, she takes care of a customer that had come in for a "pick up" order. That was fine we figured it would be quick.... until the customer decided to get another line and she took her in front of us stating that the manager wanted her to take care of the "pick up" customer. We stormed off the store saying a few choice words. Terrible service. Or was it service? By the way, the manager seeping that they were very short staffed and several customers walking in, did in no way attempt to assist any of us saying that he can't do that because he's the manager. Worst store ever. I've been a costumer for about 3 years now and I might change due to this, I called 20 min before closing and no one answered, I decided to show up 15 min before closing and for some reason the doors were closed, there were still people inside and the were supposed to close in 15 min, a kid tried opening the door from the inside and they told him not to, what really bothers me is that no one wanted to make eye contact with me, even though the saw me, that's so disrespectful, worst store in my opinion. I tried calling to avoid a long wait time (I would have looked for another store), but no one answered. decided to drive to this location anyway. When I arrived, there were a lot of customers just standing around waiting to be signed in. It was a good 10 minutes before anyone even took down my name. There were 4 people ahead of me and an hour and 15 min later--I'm still waiting to be seen. 1. They should be answering their phones... I could have avoided this and driven to another location. 2. This location is unbelievably under staffed for a Sunday afternoon, the weekend a new phone model was launched. This is a poor representation of the AT&T brand. read more

1 star is a lot for this store. I went there yesterday to see is I was eligible for an up-grade with a trade in. The girl who helped me out looked at my old phone and she told me that I was eligible. So I decide to purchase a new phone under the trade-in promo. I went home, did all the necessary transferring and the next day went to return (trade-in) my old phone. My original salesperson was not there, so a new one helped me out. He took one look at the phone and told me it wasn't eligible for the promo, so I would need to pay full price (an additional $1,000). I explained I had been there the day prior and the trade-in was confirmed, but they would not honor it. I decided to return the old phone, but am out $100 for new case & screen protector. Put a sign and an iPad near the door so that people know where to sign in. Isn't that obvious??! When you walk in this store and there is a crowd of people you have NO idea where to sign in. Why are there only 3 people working?!?? There's 20 people waiting and 3 people working?!? Poor Carla she is awesome. Great customer service, very patient. Today she was the only representative running around trying to make sure that she can do the most with her time. She was answering peoples questions so much so that everyone just started going to her (even though it wasn't our turn) and she still managed to help the person that she was assigned to assist. AT&T does not deserve you Carla ( young girl with long black hair) It's obvious that AT&T is making some serious cutbacks because wait times and customer service are lower than ever. First off, when I fall the customer serve hotline,611, 9 out of every 10 people are rude, they lie so that they can get you off the phone, or have absolutely NO idea what they are talking about. One guy told me "I don't know how to activate a phone" another lady told me this when I asked if I should take my SIM card out when returning my iPhone "obliviously if you didn't put anything in the phone you don't need to take anything out" (btw that's incorrect when sending back a leased phone you need to take the SIM card out" honestly AT&T goodbye! read more

I agree with some of the other reviews that this place is super busy. I walked in a little after 10 on a thursday and there were at least 5 people ahead of me. I asked to be signed in to a person working there, she said she would sign me in but she was helping another customer. I waited around for about 10 minutes and decided to go to another store since I do have things to do. I ended up going to another store and got my new phone. read more

I came to this location to finally give in and trade in my iPhone 3 for an iPhone 6( ya I know stop laughing). I'm not tech savvy. Hilmar was the salesperson. She was very helpful and PATIENT with us. Wife and I each got new phones and iPads. She even helped me lower my uverse bill. Very good experience, now let's see when I get my first bill. read more

Wow! Milton could not have been any more obvious!! Went in tonight during slow time. 2 employees, 2 customers. Got my name on the list as the next customer. After about 15 min another lady walked in. When Milton finished with his customer he went over to the much younger way curvier (that's the G version of description) woman and started to help her. After about 5 min of opening packages for her to see/try he asked for her name to put on the "list". I assumed he was then going to actually help me. But no! He then opened yet another box for her!! Horrible, rude and slow customer service. And if you need to call them for anything, it's a mission to get anyone on the phone. They don't pick up their store phone, instead they transfer you to the AT&T customer service 611 number. Their new Samsung display model phones have an error message stating that the phone is over heating (it's been that way for at least two months now. And I must clarify, not the Note 7 which was known for having errors). They would rather talk to each other about their personal life than to attend their customers. Unless you arrive as soon as the store opens, you will have a long waiting period before anyone wants to help you. read more

My family and I have been loyal AT&T customers for well over 12 years. We've always been extremely happy with our service, until recently being manipulated and deceived out of our unlimited wireless plan. After being told that a family share plan is what would best suit us, we had no doubt or hesitation in accepting the guidance offered by one of AT&Ts sales representatives at our local AT&T store. After all, AT&T had always shown us customer loyalty in adjusting to our needs. Unfortunately, after being misled about how much we would be "saving" after switching out of our unlimited plan, AT&T failed to inform that after making changes to our unlimited plan, we also give up the rights in ever having the same unlimited wireless plan again. After a couple of months passing by with multiple over draft data charges, I figured this new plan was just not for my family and we decided we would like to switch back. Unfortunately, the "30 day grace period" had surpassed and we were no longer welcome to have our old unlimited family plan. Meaning it CAN BE DONE, AT&T just chooses not to do it. This is where AT&T FAILS TO MEET CORPORATE VALUES! AT&T claims to "take intelligent risks and learn from what works" they also state to build customer relationships by "understanding what customers want and deliver it". AT&T has NEGLECTED to do so and has LOST SIGHT OF THEIR CORPORATE VALUES! Thank goodness T-Mobile is willing to buy out our contract!! read more

I've been an AT&T mobile customer for 15 years and I have never had a complaint until I visited this location to upgrade my mom's phone. When my mom asked the difference between the 2 phones she was looking at she was told that the more expensive one is better and she should just buy it (those words exactly). When I asked her if she had any other reasons for suggesting the more expensive one she told me that it doesn't make a diff to her which one we buy b/c she doesn't make money off of it anyways. Both my mom and myself were fed up and just wanted to leave so we chose and phone and asked her to ring us up. All of a sudden she wasn't in a hurry anymore b/c she kept stopping to chat with other employees instead of completing our transaction that she was trying to rush us through earlier. Even though this is a huge store and they have an extended selection I would not recommend coming here for anything. You should visit the Country Walk location. I had visited there earlier and they patiently answered all my questions but since they were a smaller store and had a smaller selection I thought I would try this one- I was wrong. I would have been better off upgrading my phone online. read more

I went into this location on 10/25/16. Was immediately greeted by Amy. She was very helpful, very kind and very efficient. She was able to solve my issue with no problem. Store was welcoming and not overly busy. I was in and out, in about 20 minutes. This will definately be my go to AT&T store. read more
