There were a few customers waiting and three employees present, yet not a single person acknowledged me no "hello," no "we'll be right with you," nothing. One employee was in the back, another was actually helping a customer, and the third simply said, "sorry, I'm new," when I tried to get her attention as if being new meant it was okay not to offer any kind of customer service. Even if you're still learning, greeting customers or asking a coworker for help is basic professionalism. It was frustrating to stand there watching while no one made any effort to acknowledge or assist me or the others waiting. This is not the kind of service you expect from a company like T-Mobile. The staff here clearly need better training not only on procedures but also on the importance of good manners and basic customer service. I left feeling completely overlooked and frustrated. I will never return to this location. T-Mobile, please do better.
