Talk with the manager/owner then his friends come in and completely ignores me for 10 minutes. Says he doesn't have the tool come back tomorrow. Monday comes, I return and explain to one of the staff I would like it repaired if he provides me clear cost or to know if it can not be repaired. Doesn't use a tool or anything calls a guy and says they won't give price until they are done. Insurance only covers the lower of replacement or repair and unwilling to say what the cost is. His response "WHATs in it for ME?" I'd prefer to shop at a small family shop like this, so would love to endorse, but lack of integrity and can't even provide a written quote of what he would charge. #shame on the lack of integrity; it represents everything currently wrong with Miami, when there is so much good in this wonderful city

I looked around on Yelp and found this highly reviewed place and called and asked if they could fix my phones. They were fortunately having a special and were able To see me that day and have my phones ready. Unfortunately I was super busy for about a week and kept missing them. So today I asked if they could see me and even though they were going to close, they kept the store open for me to come in and get my phones fixed!!! Now I can type again and have a beautiful lovely screen! They even added some screen Protectant glass and have a 30 day warranty if there are issues due to installation. I'm so happy! Thank you Rafa and Matt!! You guys are so awesome, nice, and fun. I hope my phone never cracks again but if it does I'm definitely coming to you!

I purchased an adapter from Apple recently with online order and it was the wrong one. Apple does not make the USB-A to USB-C adapter but the Apple associate who helped me informed me that Beats is closest thing to Apple product since Apple bought Beats. Cost was $18.99 so not bad. The Mophie option was $19.99. Noted. I decided to wait on this purchase to see if I really needed it. This is more for all the new plugs changing over to USB-C but I still want to use anything I have that still caters to USB-A. Confusing right? Ha. All in all, Apple customer service is usually always top notch and the stores are minimalistic. Clean and modern. Aesthetically pleasing. Great location!

It started turning off, locking, and just switching to the Apple icon. I first stopped by the T-Mobile store in Wynwood and they were out of watches with the wrist strap that I wanted. To their credit the T-Mobile employee referred me to go to this Apple Store. I explained the situation first to Sebastian, the sales manager on the floor. He tested and was able to generate at least a partial credit for my old watch. He then talked me through the configuration and selection process for a new watch through their in-store iPad. He also explained that I could've swapped out my wrist band into the new watch. (I have one of the sports ones instead of the default when it comes with the iPhone.) After completing my order & payment, he asked that Denise help me with the actual configuration & setup for my watch. She had me sit at one of the open table / workbenches and charge my phone while the ioS software updated on my phone & watch. This did take almost over an hour, which was a hiccup to my Sunday schedule. However, I now have a new & functioning AppleWatch. The store itself is pretty clean and well lit, though watched by the tough looking security guys at various points along the store. The bathroom is accessible behind a service corridor.

While this may make sense in the US for example I don't see the logic for a foreign destination. I' I'm going to a place, Botswana, they don't cover. The only way i can get a SIM card there is to unlock th phone which they won't do. Botswana is problematic for WIFI. So the proverbial F you from a big company. They won't even unlock it for the 3 weeks I need and then lock me up again. At least the agent trying to help me said that and she was going to ask a supervisor for help but they hung up on me as I'e been on hold for 35 minutes.
