I looked around on Yelp and found this highly reviewed place and called and asked if they could fix my phones. They were fortunately having a special and were able To see me that day and have my phones ready. Unfortunately I was super busy for about a week and kept missing them. So today I asked if they could see me and even though they were going to close, they kept the store open for me to come in and get my phones fixed!!! Now I can type again and have a beautiful lovely screen! They even added some screen Protectant glass and have a 30 day warranty if there are issues due to installation. I'm so happy! Thank you Rafa and Matt!! You guys are so awesome, nice, and fun. I hope my phone never cracks again but if it does I'm definitely coming to you!

All was good; however, the earphone was not working and there was a phantom touch (still is) and I sent a video to the owner. He said he would look it up and send me info but nothing was done. I came in after time time as I was abroad and he said he would look at it. He acted as though he put a new screen but it was the old one with a plastic sheet imitating a new one. I thought he fixed the problem that happened after he changed my phone but he didn't. So I'm stuck with an iPhone where the earpiece doesn't work and I have to be on speaker or Bluetooth. Owner did not offer to refund or anything, instead said there's nothing he could do after I came in for him to fix the problem that was caused after he changed my screen.
