Here's my full experience: I brought my damaged iPhone 16 Pro into the shop on Sunday, May 25. I was helped by Omar (presumably the owner) who quoted me two screen replacement options: one cheaper, one more expensive. I chose the more expensive option. Omar told me the repair would take 30 minutes, so I left my phone with him and planned to return in about an hour. When I came back over an hour later, the phone wasn't fixed. He said he needed another part and told me to come back Tuesday or Wednesday, as Monday was Memorial Day. I heard nothing from him Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday, I went back to the store. Omar wasn't there, his associate Nicholas was. Nicholas couldn't find my phone at first and dug through a chaotic drawer of other customers' devices before calling Omar, who said he'd bring it in 30 minutes. I waited over 40. Omar eventually rushed in and installed the screen in front of me. I paid $275 (plus a $5 tip). Immediately, I noticed something was off...my phone was hot. I restarted it, but it kept overheating. Two days later, the touch screen stopped working. I called Omar, who told me to come back in. Once again, he wasn't there--Nicholas was. He replaced the screen and informed me that the screen previously installed was actually not the higher-tier screen I had paid for. He even showed me a comparison, noting that the Incel screen Omar installed is known for faulty touch performance. Less than a day later, I dropped my phone maybe a foot and a half onto my wood floor (with a bulky case on) and the screen stopped working entirely. A hairline crack appeared across it, and the display went black. I've had cracked screens before, but they still worked...this one just died. I called Omar again. He told me to come back after 2:00 the next day. I showed up around 4:00. Again, no Omar. Just Nicholas. I explained everything, including the drop and how the screen failed. That's when I was informed for the first time that there are actually three screen options, not two. And I've still never received the top-tier screen I paid for. I spoke with Omar on the phone and tried to explain. Either he didn't understand me due to a language barrier, or he thinks he can hide behind a sign in his store that says, "No warranty on damaged screens." That might shield him from accountability in his eyes, but let me be clear: what he's doing is fraudulent. He charged me for the best screen, knowingly installed the worst one, then replaced it with the mid-grade one after it failed, and now refuses to honor anything because my screen is damaged. Convenient. I'll be taking my phone to Apple now, and possibly Omar to small claims court. I don't expect to get my money back, but I do want to warn others. Avoid this place. You deserve better than to be scammed by someone who thinks a sign excuses dishonest business practices.

Tracey is an amazing employee who is very straightforward and to the point about the prices of the…read moregames and he asks if you want the warranty but is also respectful toward you if you don't want it. There are some gamestop employees at other locations that add the warranties and gloss over the fact that they added them. Tracey was also a very nice and informative about the selection of games at the GameStop. Give this man a raise.

They didn't have any in stock but here's what gets the 5 star review: without us asking, he said he'd look and see if they were in stock anywhere else in the area. He printed out a list of stores that showed them in stock and made sure we knew how to get to the closest location. Again, we didn't buy anything here but that type of service is lost these days, IMO. So if/when we need any other gaming stuff, this would be the first Game Stop I'd go to just because of this experience. I had to go back and pay the difference for an "Apple" screen which wasn't really Apple. The screen became pixelated, had a spot on the corner that blew then gave a black and green screen only 2 months later. It was supposedly under a 4 month warranty but the lady refused to touch it, fix it, take off the screen or replace it under warranty. She said it was damaged but could not prove any damage as there was no damage! The problem was their rip off "Apple" screen that they installed. She offered a "deal" to replace it. Ha! Sometimes the customer service is pretty good (not stellar), and other times it downright sucks. There's one girl in particular who is snobbish and always has her nose stuck up in the air. There have been times I've walked in (with only one other customer in the store) and haven't even been greeted. Perhaps you think I'm the one being too petty, but I have literally spend thousands of dollars on Pandora beads. I don't think I'm asking too much for someone to say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon" when I walk in the door. When we lived in Orlando, I use to visit the 2 stores there often and the customer service was phenomenal! They always went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. I just don't understand why the same can't be accomplished here in this Jacksonville store. Since it is an official Pandora store, more than likely, they will have the exact item you want in stock. They also will be able to clean your Pandora bracelets the proper way. Although, they always act like it's a bother to do it. Annoying. Other Pandora stores offer to clean my bracelets. At this store, I have to ask. I'll continue to shop here because I am completely obsessed with Pandora beads. If there was another official Pandora store in Jacksonville, I would definitely shop there instead and my rating for this store would then be moved down to a 2 star. I waited a while to write this review thinking they would get it together because it was a new store. But they have been open for well over a year now and it looks like the poor customer service is what it is. What's really sad, is when I lived in Orlando, I was always super excited to walk into one of the two Pandora stores. I always had such fun looking over all the beads with the store employees. So a wonderful associate named Nia, who was also helping another party of people at the time pulled out the associates book for me to look at so i could decide between which charm I wanted to purchase. However while i was looking at the book for a specific charm not on display another associate named Gabrielle slammed the book closed and snatched it away then continued chatting with another associate, not even bothering to ask if I needed any help or was I done with the book. Mind you Gabriella wasn't helping any other customers at that time. Because Gabrielle lack of customer service training, it ruined my entire shopping experience with Pandora at this location. I have absolutely loved all my previous shopping purchases at this Pandora before this experience on 11/18/2023 but no longer feel comfortable coming to the Town Center location. There's nothing wrong with pandora products however there customer service workers specifically Gabriella need a refresher course on how to help customers rather than just chatting on the clock with other associates. I'll be going to the Avenue Mall in the future for my Pandora purchases.

Didn't think i would like the way I look lol. Came in (mind you i had a themed look set up before…read moreentering) roamed for about a minute and half and was asked if i needed assistance and of course I said yes because I needed a professional and let me tell you that TROY! is that professional. Explained my situation and he got to work and even taught me a few things. While he was doing his thing when I was done trying stuff on he was setting up, getting out recommended items for me and just being a prime example of what customer service is. Even though I couldn't get the particular setup I was trying to do we definitely came close and I looked great. I will definitely be coming back but I'll be more prepared just in case something needs to be custom and requires time. Oh and they had to adjust my pants and that was done exactly at the time promised. I would like to express an extra huge thank you to Troy you were awesome.
