I think had just come back from a break or something and it was a pleasant surprise. I had a problem with the IMEI# on the new phone not registering on my account (just the old one) and was told by a rep at the 1-800 AT&T # that I HAD to go into the store. Mike fixed the problem quickly and was very nice and helpful. I even decided to upgrade my paid off tablet to a new one and that was done in a flash too! This location is a LOT closer to where I live, so no need to go to Sicklerville or up to Route 73 in Voorhees anymore, especially NOW with the crazed weekend Christmas shoppers! That's a win!

It is a killer deal actually. Tah-tah T-Mobile, although they NEVER did a thing negative in my book. They were actually . . . fabulous. I just love saving money, plus got two new gorgeous iPhone 12's to boot!!! Anyway, Kevin, went above and beyond to help me fix the issue I went in for. What a super, nice, "kid," yeah, I'm getting up there in age! He even was fine w/ me making a call to the regional Philly manager about my issue when he was done helping me. I greatly appreciated it, as I spread my paperwork and new phones out in the little reception area! I'm excited to be a customer (again). Props again to Kevin :)

James clearly knows what he is doing and takes a lot of pride in doing his install the neatest way possible. We had a TV and sound bar mounted above our fireplace. The smallest hole was made in order to fish new wires and cables. We now have 4k high definition picture on our TV and we also installed a CAT6 ethernet cable behind the wall to our modem in the basement. This was a tough job but HTX was able to help us. When you know you need an expert, your average installer from a TV store is not going to spend the time to do things to your specifications. HTX is the perfect solution for that niche customer who doesn't have a six-figure home theater, but needs an expert a/v installer that has the skills to do things right. I started shipping with Worldwide express approximately 4 months ago. Do not let these other…read morereviews confuse you, anyone who knows anything about shipping knows delays in shipments are likely to happen even when going with carriers directly (trust me I did that for 14 years). The only difference is now when these issues come up, I do not have to waste my time and energy chasing down my freight. I can simply call Vinny my rep (he is great) and he resolves it. It definitely beats having to call another 1-800 number and be left on hold for 10  years. Any questions with billing I have had I have been able to communicate and get sorted in a timely manner. The only downside is we do still get calls from Worldwide trying to win over our business, even though we already work with them. Hope this helps!

I've filed two complaints against then with the FCC due to their lack of service and the nearly abusive attitude I of their online presence as well as the lack of assistance from their complaints group. They even led to the FCC in their response top the second complaint I filed, but, because they answered the complaint, the FCC closed it without taking any action, making them equally useless.
