When I said I was self employed trying to explain my phone usage he mocked me by saying "look at me, I'm self employed." I then reacted and let him know I didn't like his demeanor and how he was speaking to me and I walked out not buying phones. I wouldn't go back to them and if this is the type of employees T-Mobile is selecting, I may have to look to another phone provider.

While we were telling him about our requirements he kept checking his computer. He then told us that there was nothing he could do for use and just dismissed us. He said our friends must be on some "old plan" and it would not be available to us. No discussion, no options, nothing. We again confirmed with our friends that they did indeed pay $75 for two phones with T-Mobile.
