One person will say one thing, another will say another. They will not provide any support if there is a problem with your device set up or your billing. They sold me a business plan with five lines under a promotion where new devices would be free. They said that the promotion will kick in after three months. Well it has been four month and I don't see any refunds reflected in my account for the excessive amounts they have been charging averaging $400+ per month for five lines with three new iPhones and two BYODs. Contacted Verizon twice. First time they created a ticket and I never heard back. Now I am on the phone with them and they are saying there is no promotion on my account, and to contact the location where I purchased the plan and the devices to inform Verizon about the promotions. This is a rip off. Worst customer service ever.

He explained that since the phone was already open, he could replace the battery for less than the normal price. I agreed. After he finished, I checked the battery settings and the battery performance was still showing 65%, the same as before the replacement. I asked him about this, and he told me that it would improve to 100% within 24 hours. He also told me that if it did not improve, I should bring the phone back within two days and they would replace it again. Unfortunately, the battery continued to perform the same way after the repair. I wasn't able to return immediately because of personal circumstances, so I went back about a week later. There was a different technician working that day. I explained what had happened and told him what the first technician had told me about returning if the battery did not improve. The second technician told me that he was not as experienced or trained as the first technician and did not want to open the phone to work on the battery. I left without the battery issue being resolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store for phone repair. I paid to have the battery replaced, but the battery performance remained at 65%, and when I returned to have the issue addressed, it was not resolved. It was challenging because i11 didn't have enough space to download latest iOS update. Stephon recommended we signed up for iCloud storage, do the backup then download from iCloud to i17. However, we were not able to successfully do the transfer, even by kissing the phones. My son finished the transfer at home but somehow the i17 went back in time to when we had limited screen time on i11. It was sooo frustrating not to be able to remove it. Fast forward, Apple chat helped us to get an appt. Problem resolved ;) While chatting with Stephon, another rep came up to ask if he needed help. He said "he was ok".
