How do you tell the person that got screwed over, paid 75 for a service, that they have to drive for an hour to pick up their SIM card that the EMPLOYEE CARELESSLY didn't put back into the phone, "oh my fault" AND GIVE THEM A RANDOM SIM CARD WHEN THEY COME TO THE STORE PREVENTING THEM FROM HAVING SERVICE. Now, having to pay additional money to drive to their service providers store to pay for another SIM card.. The worker here knew what it was right away, ordered the battery, let me know when to expect it, and texted me as soon as I came in (less than 2 days later). A little tricky to find their small but well-organized store, think Chick-fil-A near Super Target, South Square, Durham NC.
