I thought I had a good experience here and even went back for a second device but the only difference to any other location is they smile while lying to your face. Check your statement very carefully- as mentioned in other reviews, things will be added without your consent and/or explained in a way that is intentionally misleading. The last time I visited this location I walked away still carrying my old phone (intended as a trade-in) as well as a new phone and neither were fully functional but they got their sale including accessories I didn't need so that's all that matters. read more

First off, I'm not a techie (by far). I walked in the door and was greeted by Torrey S., who went above and beyond for me. Let me say that again, he went above and beyond. I had not backed up my phone in ~5 years. He backed it up. (Thank you, Torrey) and patiently told me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and gave me tidbits on his favorite apps while the backup was running. I know this is going to sound weird, but I'm proud of AT&T for hiring this high caliber individual. read more

Avoid this place at all cost. Went there to activate my number on the new phone. The sales rep Christopher Polanco added "Protect Advantage support/Insurance for Business" to my account without even mentioning it, which charges 15$/month. He will add on the "AT&T Protect Advantage" add-on to your monthly bill (an extra $15 per month) without telling you nor asking for consent. Check your bill. For years I had been with another cell phone service provider, but I wanted an upgraded Android phone, with high speed data, and I needed great coverage. Years ago I couldn't have chosen AT&T, because for so long only Verizon had great coverage in New Hampshire. But in the past couple of years AT&T has greatly increased their coverage in this area, and their plans now offer great value as well. When I went into the store I was greeted promptly and courteously; I brought my own new Android phone, and had them install a SIM card. They worked to port me over from my previous provider to AT&T. That is usually easy, but along the way, we hit a snag - due to the other service provider (the problem was not on AT&T's side.) Eli worked with me to figure the problem out, and we quickly got my phone up and running on their network. I can highly recommend this store. read more

I came to the mall to trade in two phones, and purchase two brand new top of the line iPhones. I had to deal with AT&T because my existing iPhone has not been paid off. I went to the AT&T store to pay it off, which in hindsight was a bad idea instead of just calling AT&T and staying at the Apple Store. The employees were playing some rather annoying Drake music and spending an inordinate amount of time "helping" other customers. After waiting a few minutes a representative was assigned to help us. We got our business done, but the employee tried to upsell us repeatedly on stuff: AT&T tv/internet service, a terrible case, a tablet. I agreed to let them email me the receipt, which was a bad idea in hindsight because: After finishing the transaction, weeks later, I get my promotional card for the value of the trade in phones. It's about 165$ short of what AT&T says they will pay (I didn't bother haggling with the guy over it, I figured it was just a set price). Calling AT&T I received 0 help there was no record that I traded in more than one phone. Now I have a promotional card that I can't even figure out how to apply to my account balance. What a joke. Lesson learned: go to the Apple Store. read more

Worked with this store inside Pheasant Lane Mall for years and they are great. Even when I told them I was going to Verizon (see my review on Verizon for you will see I went back to AT&T within 10 days). This store helped with the change back to AT&T as well as many questions days after completing the sale. Don't waste your time with Verizon. There Internet speed is so much slower than AT&T I can't even explain. Also AT&T people and service such as at this store, phone reception, and their phone customer service is so superior I can't express it enough. read more

This is the store in the Pheasant Lane Mall. I walked in around 2:15pm on a Thursday, stood there for 5 minutes, and not one person raised their head to notice my presence. In other AT&T stores, they usually say hi, and let me know about how long the wait might be. Something friendly. Nothing. I have a problem with my phone, and wanted to check something on the account. This was important to me as a long-time customer of AT&T. I'm glad the three guys are busy, but I won't go back and be dis'd like that. read more

Went to this store and was told that they do not sell a mobile phone at full retail price, which is printed on price tag at store sarcastically. Even had AT&T customer service representative spoken to them on a phone call, they still did not give a sh*t about AT&T's policy and insisted they would not sell phones which does not require customers to sign up financial plan (i.e. Next 12, 24 plan). I walked in around 6:20 to AT&T store at Pleasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH for buying a new iPad on their Next20 plan. I've been their customer for many years with multiple devices serviced by AT&T. First, a gent just asked me to wait that he'll attend to me as soon as I walked in. I was roaming for a while before I settled in a chair and observed how much each employee spend wasting everyone's times. They reminded me of every slow animal in the world, and probably none of them were faster than those animals when it comes to getting things done for the customers and even when explaining what they wanted to convey. Don't the interview process for hiring these customer service agents don't have a segment to talk? Anyways, when my time came, almost after 30 mins of waiting, the next available agent called the name of the person who came after me. Really? How do they know his name? Apparently, someone who's not always on the front area has been secretly taking names in. No one ever offered me to take my name! Anyways, I waited again to see whether that was this one time thing. Surprise, next was the person who came after the previous gent who served! Ok, someone didn't care to add me into the queue! But, what's with the attitude when it's pointed out? Yes, the agent who came to serve me next didn't know the ABCs of customer service. I wasn't a rude customer at all, but the agent even didn't look directly at me. I explained my requirements like a specification, and he started his work drowned in his iPad screen. Then he asked me a few questions and asked me to e-sign a few screens, then then went off to talk to the lady who looked like the manager. Bad news!! Upon the return, he said they don't offer iPads on the payment plan, rather offer iPad minis and iPad Pros! He had added a kind of ambiguity to that statement, and I couldn't figure out whether it was AT&T policy or they just have an issue processing it. So I asked and got the answer. The poor fellow couldn't get the system working to process my purchase. He said, in his own words, "For some reason, we can't process it, sorry!!" Yes, that was the end of it, no effort to rectify the issue, no proper apology or anything. I thanked him for wasting one hour of Friday evening in the most heartbreaking AT&T store that I've been to and proceeded to head out to Varizaon store. read more

Don't visit this store. Everyone includes Manager is highly incompetent and very rude to customers. They are good example for how customer shouldn't be. We waited for 1 hour with small kid, no places to sit. Everyone of the employee includes the Manager walk inside and outside and let customer suffer to be AT & T customer. I waited for 1 hour for changing my prepaid to postpaid (customer care of AT & T told me to visit the store to change any time). But the store guys are saying, customer care are not correct...does this make sense? I asked to talk with Manager, he is completely incompetent lack every skill needed as manager. I have been going to this location since acquiring my first phone in 2005. At first , the sales reps were polite, knowledgeable ,and LISTENED to what you were looking for . Now that is NOT the case !! The sales people are rude, pushy and totally IGNORE what you are looking for in order to push unwanted items/ services. My cellphone recently stopped working ,and my husband went to get me another , using the upgrade on our account. The sales rep reviewed our program ,and offered my husband something that would decrease our bill, even with adding a new phone. Fast forward to our next bill, and SURPRISE!!! $100. MORE that our bill was originally !!I understand the activation fee, not a problem. What was the problem was the addition of a new line (which we did NOT need /want ) My husband went to another AT&T store to see how this happened and how it would be rectified. The answer ??? You need to pay the bill ,pay for the new phone in FULL, then contact customer service and they MIGHT refund you some of the fees .WTH??? So now I am paying for a line that a) I DID NOT WANT , b) this line HAS NO DEVICE on it c) thee is NO USAGE !! The sales reps at he the second AT & T store was vey helpful , but he stated and I quote "this is a really big problem with the Pheasant Lane Mall Store ! It's a scam ,and we are getting all the upset customers in here to fix it ". He was apologetic about the solution but it was the only way to do it .
