So I told her that I'll be there in an hour to purchase the item and have it engraved. Unfortunately when I got there, I myself and my daughter are the only customers in the store. She didn't greet us or anything welcoming and this isn't the first time that I've encountered it with is specific female employee. So I grab the item I've wanted and waited for her. A few moments later she asked if I was all set. I said I called earlier about the pen and engraved item that I wanted to purchase. Mind you it's 3pm and she said sorry I can't get the engraving done by 6pm. I said to her but you said it would be done by the time the store closed. No apologies or anything at all. I said, " I guess I'll have to pick it up tomorrow instead." The lady stares at me for a moment or two and was like, you need to fill out the paper with a freaking attitude. Mind you I don't work there, how the hell was I supposed to know what to do. With attitude like that I don't want to do business with. I told her that to forget the paperworks and I'll take my business elsewhere. I've been and work with ppl all my life but never ever encountered a rude and ignorant employee as this woman at Things Remember in Peabody.
