I drove all over northern Mass and southern New Hampshire looking for a Samsung phone that is out of stock everywhere due to the chip shortage.... except here. That's all I really needed, because all of the other stores were brutal to deal with and I expected the same here. Totally not the case: Jason is a customer focused business owner. Beth was awesome helping me out - she was really looking to help me rather than sell me a phone. They also did not charge me a $100 fee to move my data from my old phone to my new phone (unlike other Mass based Authorized dealers). I did not get the run around to call 611 to go through my upgrade with Corporate. I was not told to schedule an appointment. I will never go to a Corporate store or any other authorized Verizon Wireless dealer. These guys will always get my wireless business. read more

Came in to activate a SIM card and was told their system was down, I understand technology fails us sometimes but I told them I had a new SIM card that needed to be activated and drove 30 minutes to this mall and didn't want to leave without a working phone. They said there was nothing they could do. I instead went to the Apple Store and an employee there called Verizon support for me to activate the card. Seems like if an Apple employee could do it, the Verizon employee definitely could have. read more

All three men behind the desk were helpful and spent as much time as we needed to make up our minds. They answered all our questions and went over more than 20 options. In the end, because Apple did not make the model we wanted, we went with a used phone. They were gracious and gave us as much support as if we bought the top of the line. read more

We have been doing business with Verizon at this location for a few years.When my husband went from a flip phone and purchased a refurbished used phone, they were extremely helpful. He had to go back several times to ask more questions, and every time they were happy to assist him. I recently just acquired my daughter's old iPhone 7 and was also getting rid of my flip phone that I had really loved. I'm still nervous about learning all of the ways the phone works, but was extremely impressed with the service I received . They showed me the basic features of how to operate and get started and told me to come back anytime I needed assistance. I assured them they had not seen the last of me!! (They may regret that offer in the near future.) I would highly recommend this location for very professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. read more

Since I was interested in upgrading my iPhone, I visited my local Verizon store. I purchased my last phone in Florida and was use to a wait of 20 to 30 minutes. What a pleasant surprise to be immediately assisted by a very informed and helpful young man named Jason. Not only did he help me chose just the right phone but he also spent lots of time giving me needed account information, setting me up for a successful transition from my old phone to my new, and answered all my questions with kindness and patience. I highly recommend this Verizon Retailer for its outstanding service that goes the second mile to help its customers. read more

I have never done this before, but since the reviews I read online for this location were good, I chose this location to switch my carrier servie to Verizon. I will not be going back!! I went there twice, the first time to get my phone and the second time with some problems/questions. BOTH times the location did not open until 9:50 when their sign AND website lists their opening time at 9:30 am. That should have been my cue to leave! All and all, the first trip was ok once the store was open. The girl was alone so she was multi-tasking with me and other customers... I was patient and got out of there just in time to make it to work promptly. The second time... UG. That is why I am here. They opened the door and I believe I was speaking with the owner or manager. When I commented about waiting 25 minutes for them to open, his immediate response was that they don't open until 10 am. Ug, well then you better tell someone else besides your staff! I had a problem with my freebie headset.. I was losing sound. He must have taken me for stupid because he said those headsets cost $15 (when they want to charge you, I guess) but are given away free as a courtesy. OK, I wasn't born yesterday. I know they are free and CHEAP so don't make it seem like you were doing me a favor by giving me another one to replace the defective one. Next, I had a problem with my rebate and asked if he could help me with it. I had thrown away my box accidentally and therefore did not have all the paperwork for my rebate. He said that they needed the UPC code in order to give me my rebate... called customer service, down-played my problem, and got me nothing. Meanwhile, his lack of customer service meant that I was going to try getting it myself when I got home. And you know what? I did! Verizon did not give me one bit of trouble and I am getting my $50 back, no thanks to the Wireless Zone. I won't be going back there and I don't recommend you go there either unless you want to stand in the cold until they open and then be treated disrespectfully. read more

This place is terrible. The owner wispers to the reps as they are trying to upsell you on junk. Cheap penny cases. I have seen better qaulity at a flea market. Also they will work the system to sell you a hot spot. They will tell you that you are saving money on a product that you will never use. Shady bottom end sales experience is what you should expect when you walk into this half assed establishment. The sales staff will sell you on a lower end phone because they make more money off certain models. ( I know this because I flat out asked why that one is better for me? He responded with it has the main features you want and makes him more money. I then had him explain his commision structure to me. They work off of an illegal draw. Car sales have that option becasue of the ability to make money. These guys are grinding or less then minimum wage. 30% of the profit! Not 30% of the sale! No wonder its shady business) The owner I think he is atleast. The little man gay man behind the counter who acts like a big shot but couldnt explain the difference between a dual core processor to an octo-core. (your in the wrong business bud) Stop working these guys for pennies. I went back becasue I wanted to add insurance and he tried to sell me a 3rd party insurance that is also trash! JUST STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND WILL CLOSE ITS DOORS SOON LIKE MOST 3RD PARTY RETAILERS. I went the corporate store and when I told them my story they werent the least bit suprised. Worst customer service ever! They claim they can't help with tech or any account problems. Told to call customer service. Told the guy was I was on Hold with customer service for over 30 minutes. He says "I've Never heard of anyone having to hold for more than a couple minutes." Seriously!!! I've never gotten through in less than a 15 minutes hold. Go to the store at Pheasant Lane or Townsend MA - best service there. read more

The store representative helped me immensely when I was in the store picking up a new phone. He took a significant amount of time to transfer my data, explain the process, and show me neat new tricks with my new device. He absolutely went out of his way.
