After being referred to uBreakiFix by Google Support for my Pixel 8 Pro that got wet (it fell in a lake in the middle of my trip to Italy 3 weeks prior), making an appointment online with their website, and driving 3 hours from Vermont, the employees of the Nashua, NH uBreakiFix store could best be described as "aggressively unhelpful." They said my online-scheduled noon appointment that day meant nothing and they didn't have time to work on my phone, despite the website promising same day service with an appointment. They then said they don't work on water damaged phones at all and that I was wasting my time (despite "water damage repair" being a service offered on their website and Google Support specifically telling me this was the closest store to me--3 hours from home-for water damage repair). Since the phone would still show a battery icon when plugged in, it just wouldn't charge, I suspected the only issue was the battery. When I said I wanted to take a chance and replace the battery, and I would pay for it out of pocket, regardless of whether it was successful in fixing the phone, they said they didn't have time and I'd have to leave my phone with them for days. So, what was the point of making an online appointment then where same day repair is promised? When I asked them if they could ship the phone back to me after repair since I lived 3 hours away, they literally scoffed in my face and said "No we don't do that." Reaching the point of exasperation with their negativity, they told me to go to a different store. So I drove 30 more minutes to the uBreakiFix in Salem, NH. I'm glad I DID try a different store because the Salem, NH location was 100% more friendly, did the repair I asked without any hassle whatsoever, said they would do a specific water damage cleaning, and SUCCESSFULLY FIXED MY PHONE and saved my vacation photos. They made the process easy and were very accommodating in offering a way to ship the phone back to me since I live 3 hours away from the store. I'm so grateful for their hard work! I was treated rudely when trying to drop my phone. I was told that he was was short handed and couldn't help me. I was told to come back the next morning. The store had published hours of opening at 10:00 AM. I came at 11:00 AM and the door was locked and nobody was there. read more

No answer on the phone and the corporate main number is a never ending loop of "press this key" ringing, and busy signal. Avoid this company. read more

What a joke this place is. My son had an appointment to have his phone fixed as the display is not working. When he arrived for his appointment he was told they are too busy and to try coming back tomorrow. Don't take appointments if you are not going to honor them or at least notify the person ahead of time the appointment would need to be cancelled. He went back the following day and was told they need to order a new screen and to come back 2 days later. When he went back they hadn't even ordered the screen yet. Before the last time he went back I had taken my sons xbox in as the HDMI won't connect to the tv. I was told we could pay $199 and have it shipped out or buy insurance and put a claim in after 30 days and pay $99 on top of insurance. Uh no thanks. Not sure how they stay in business read more

Dropped the phone off, was told it would take 3 hours. When I returned 3 hours later I was told they couldn't repair the phone because one of the cameras failed testing. I told them that was fine and that I still wanted the screen repaired. They told me they couldn't repair the phone because Samsung would allow them to. I told them I OWN the phone and asked what does Samsung have to do with it. To be fair, these employees were only following company policy. The employees were pleasant, apologetic, respectful, and completely understanding of my view, but their hand were tied by UbreakIfix's policys. This is a bad company. They let Samsung tell them what to do. I ordered a new phone from Motorola. I'm done with Samsung. They are treading on my rights, and that's a deal breaker for me. I desperately needed my "new" phone to work. I inherited it from my daughter and not wanting to spend money on a brand new phone, this was a perfect solution. But after a couple of months, half of the screen was unresponsive. So my son suggested bringing it here. Tried to overcharge me because I look young and they thought I didn't know what I was talking about. Payed 80 dollars for a camera they didn't even fix and charged me 260 for a screen because they said it was the best screen they had but I didn't even ask for the best screen they just charged me for it because they are greedy. 0 starts don't go here unless u want to spend 300 on a little screen fixing when other places will do it for 50, took 4 and a half hours. If there was a lower rating than 1, I'd give it. I brought my laptop in for a screen repair mid-October 2022 and was told it would be about a week. I never heard back from them. I called them about 2 weeks later and they couldn't find my laptop, when they did find it, nothing was done on it. They told me they'd call me back after they saw what needed to be done. No phone call. MONTHS went by with nothing, so I called them to ask what was going on and the person who answered had no idea what I was talking about. Turns out there was an entire staffing change and he had to find my laptop which was lost yet again still with no work done on it, told me he'd make it his first priority and call me back within a week. No phone call. I finally went into the store mid-September 2023 asking what happened and told the man in there it had been almost a year, that the only reason I wanted the screen fixed was to get the pictures off the laptop and then it could be scrapped. The man I spoke to said he'd call his district manager because the company had been bought out and there was tons of turnover, and I should get a call back from the district manager within a week. NO PHONE CALL. It is now OVER A YEAR after bringing it in, I still don't have my laptop, so I called again and they tried to give me the same runaround. My laptop was apparently put into an "abandoned" pile, they found it STILL WITH NO REPAIRS, and told me I could come pick it up. I have never experienced such poor service in every way possible: communication, actual work done (or lack thereof), time. read more

Very pleased with the screen replacement on my Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra. Prompt response and accurate estimate on the time to fix it. Phone is like new. I do not recommend CellHelmet liquid glass though. I returned to ZAGG for screen protection. read more

I had a Samsung S10+ with a small crack on the edge of the screen about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom. This happened several months ago. Well, the other day the screen below this would only flash white when I hit the power button. SOMETIMES, on a restart I could see the top 2/3 of the screen. I was still able to receive calls. I called the local ubreakifix place, told them *EXACTLY* what was happening, received a quote and took it by around 1:30 pm that day. Several hours later I received a phone call through my alternate contact that they couldn't repair it because they couldn't connect to perform diagnostics over the USB port. I told them I had this turned off but they said that their agreement with Samsung would not let them repair it in this state. I told them that if they repaired the LCD they could then change the setting and perform the diagnostics but no dice. What a waste of my time, my travel time, and my patience I took it to Cellular Freedom in Manchester, NH. They replaced the LCD for the exact same price as ubreakifix - and it worked. They also reset the USB setting so they were able to then run the diagnostics and verify that everything was ok.
