If I could review this zero stars I would. I came in 3 days ago and bc of corporate issues my account was put on a lock for fraud. The manager Adrianna and her associate were wonderful, put a phone on hold for me so when I could come back I would be able to finish the upgrade quickly. Fast forward to today.... Hugo was the least helpful person I have ever dealt with. He says we don't hold phones. I ask him to go check, and he comes back with just a case I put on hold. I'm sure he left the phone in the back so he could be right for once in his small life. Such disrespect, there was nothing he could do to help? So so wild thanks for nothing I guess. read more

The staff in here is so rude. They don't want to help you with anything and keep everything short. Sad excuse for customer service. Also the store doesn't keep a manager in the store so if you have to do a return and trying to meet a deadline you're going to miss it because "you can only return with a manager". Don't recommend going here for anything even if it's a question try going to another store like massapequa they're always helpful and willing there. read more

If I could give this store a minus rating I would. Absolutely PITIFUL service. We went here because we directed a phone delivery to this specific store in order to activate and transfer an old account. They recognized the order. They brought out the phone then they said they couldn't give it to me because their system said so. I produced copies of the order, emails etc and they said I needed to have the phone delivered to my home, then bring it in. I showed them the box I checked which said DELIVER TO STORE. They said sorry there was nothing they could do about it...no one they could call, and no number for us to call EXCEPT the standard customer service that we spent LITERALLY 3 hours with over the past 2 days trying to get this phone. read more

This weird interaction occurred on May 26, 2019: If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I usually go to the one at the Tanger Outlets but the phone I wanted was not there. So we (mother) went to this one because the other one (Tanger Outlets) said there was one there. We walk in and the lady already had an attitude. My mother went back to the car to lock it and the worker just walked away and started helping someone else. When my mother came back we were sitting at the table waiting for someone to notice us. They had 2 people working with one person and another just walking around. Then he came over and said " are you being helped" and we told him no and he started helping us. I wanted an IPhone 8 Plus in gold. He then said they didnt have it, which made NO SENSE because the other location said they did. Thats when the lady came back and she started pushing for us to change our plan entirely. My mother asked how much we were paying for a tablet on our plan WHICH THEY NEVER ANSWERED and tried to get us every "discount they could". It was ridiculous. They were trying to sell us the Bogo Buy one get one thing and I knew my mother wouldn't like the size because she made a comment about the case I already bought being too big. I voiced my concerns when the lady said " how much is the case", and i said " about 20 bucks", and she said " well i'll take 20 bucks off and give you a case if you purchase here". I said no i love my case. Because they said they didnt have it at their location we had to order my phone and wouldnt you believe it there was a "back order ". We had to leave so we were gonna come back the next day ( May 27) She goes in the back and comes back to say that if wait 15 minutes she can go to another location and get the exact phone I want, so we said which one and she replied " the one at the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park". My mother and I both replied " BUT WE WERE JUST THERE AND THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE IT." At that point my suspicions were real: they were lying the whole time and just wanted to make a commission. We decided to leave and just order the phone on my laptop and it's coming tomorrow which proves they were lying about everything. Instead of doing customer service they try to push new product on you instead of removing the SIM card tray and putting it back in. Congratulations on losing another customer! This is the worst customer service I have ever received! I arrived at the store at the store at 8:15 pm. It was very busy and the "manager" asked me why I was in the store (at 9:15, already waited an hour) only two other customers (four employees) were still in the store, he stated, he didn't have any left on stock and they were going to receive a delivery in the morning and should come back then. Came back the next morning, an hour before the store opened. Before any employee arrived. unless the phones were teleported into an empty store, they received no shipment. Miraculously the phone was in stock (?how?), and then they proceeded to tell me that since a manager wasn't in the store, they couldn't do the exchange, and I should come back, when gets he gets in, ("he should be here by 12:30ish") . So the store "manager" lied to me about not having any in stock, and lied to me about when I would be able to do the exchange. And wasted a massive amount of my day. (All of this took till almost 11 - I don't blame them for not opening till 10am the, hours were clearly marked, I just didn't look at them, the night I had been waiting and was told to come back tomorrow morning, I just figured since they were in customer service they would be open at 9) My belief is he lied to me just so he wouldn't show a loss of money at the end of his day, and so they could go home instead of helping me. read more

AT&T in general has pretty poor customer service but this place is the worst! Every time I go there it's a project. There's always a wait-idk why tho because there's always a hundred employees with hardly any customers but I guess they're all too busy twiddling their thumbs? Idk but one time I was offered a 'free' product with the purchase of my phone...well turns out free means they're gonna charge you $10/month til you paid for the item-such a scam cuz then you have to spend half your life on the phone trying to get it off your bill...then I have a family plan and the other person on my plan was eligible for an upgrade. They REFUSED to give her the phone SHE paid for without me being present...first of all it is her phone, on her portion of the account that was already paid in full, how can you deny giving someone their purchase?? I literally had to drive all the way down there to simply say she can have the phone-are you kidding me?!?!? Who even cares if you have your nanny come pick the phone as long as it's paid for?? Sprint is looking better and better every time I need something these days. I would give zero stars if that was an option! read more

I went telling myself "dont get swindled" because to be honest, sales people can have the charm to make me buy something i dont need and cant afford. This store has become one of the worst places ever!!! I have been with AT&T for over 10 yrs and have dealt with this store many times and had good experiences (last time I was there was 2 yrs ago). Now, they have an entirely diffferent staff and are completely shady!!!!!! I went in to get my new iPhone and had an iPad kinda pushed on me by the sales girl, she also gave me a line on BS and said I never ran my iCloud back up and was going to take 5 hrs so could not transfer all my info from the one iPhone to the other. Meanwhile I also convinced my boyfriend to change over from Verizon and go with AT &T (so she got a dbl commission) we were in the store from 10 until 2:45!!!! Ridiculous!!! I then came home ran my iCloud backup that took only 35 minutes then called Apple and had them walk me through transferring my info from phone to phone. I then thought about the iPad that was forced on me and decided to return it within 2 days. I returned it to the store and then was pretty much being told I should keep it and the sales guy kept disappearing in the 2 different back rooms with the other sales people took over 45 mins!!! Then turns out call customer care the next day and showing iPad still active and it was after hours so had to go back again the next day and demanded a mgr and my iPad I returned 2 days prior was sitting in the back room on a shelf, and again was treated very poorly!!! Then last night 5 days shy of a month, see my new bill and still being charged, call customer care and they said the store never noted that I returned it!!!!!!! Customer care tried calling the store and they didn't answer......shocker!!! Customer care told me to go there right away and they will call my cell ph so this way it will be taken care of. Got to the store dealt with the same manager and his response was......we don't have to make any type of notes like that. I said no you are thst is the AT&T policy, we argued I said don't worry customer care is calling me any minute and they kept their word and did, told them was at the store and the manager was not being cooperative and they said to put him on the phone, I did and they set him straight as well. To make a long story short.....stay away from this store they are very shady and do not value their customers that PAY their salaries!!!!!!!!! I went in the other day to get a new phone since I had an upgrade. No one greeted me when I walked in so I had to walk around aimlessly until someone approached me from the back. I told them I had an upgrade and wanted a new one, and they sat me down and asked for my number. Since I wasn't the main number on the account she refused to get me a new phone since the main number wasn't present (my dad). She was not nice about this; she kind of kicked me out and didn't even say sorry or have a nice day. She had no personality and looked like she did not want to be there. There was plenty of help in the store and they were helpful ... Thank you Brent in N. Babylon. I'm not a big fan of AT&T service but the people in the store were good. The reason I was in the store is that I called customer service (not sure any of those people know anything, they set up my account with a misspelled name, wrong address and pretty much gave me a lot of b.s. answers) They spent a long time & 2 phone calls to tell me very little then sent me to an authorized dealer who couldn't help me. Anyway since I decided that the phone service wasn't great to the areas I travel and it's too costly to carry bad service I wanted to cancel but since all the account info was wrong I wasn't able to finalize my account and I wasn't taking chances giving my credit card over the phone to the same people who botched my account. THANKS to BRENT at the store he was kind and gentle in the face of a woman who wanted to strangle any AT&T person who presented any further issues. Greeted me with a smile and held it during my story. I know the next time try to avoid phone calls, it was unfortunate that my account change had to happen initially over the phone - maybe I would've gotten something more than garbage. read more

This place is chock full of sneaky, deceitful, scam artists that will DO ANYTHING for their commissions. Conned me into buy one, get one phones with unlimited data and minutes. Turns out it was never unlimited.... I had a 20g limit and had to add a third line I didnt need, they told me theyd cancel the line but never did. Called them and called them and called them. When I went back in to speak to the same employees, they made it sound like I just wanted a line cancelled and they couldnt help me. Do yourself a favor.....save time and call ATT CUSTOMER CARE. They're much nicer and more helpful than these lying, deceitful people who don't give a shit about YOU. If I could give 0 stars I would.....never again. 10 yr loyal customer. You're welcome. read more
