On 6/14/26, when I went to the store to get my money back, Brett the salesman said that cash refunds are only good until two weeks after purchase. I use Verizon for cell phone and Internet, and I should have gone to a Verizon corporate store and purchased a Belkin car charger. Google says that Simple Power is a budget-tier brand that is prone to internal wire damage with regular use; and that Belkin is a certified charger that protects devices from over voltage. I have a lifetime warranty with my Simple Power charger through the InstaProtek app, but based on online reviews of the product, I will not use the warranty. Why use something that will worsen the damage to my brand new IPhone 17? I see the difference already in the operation of my phone because it is now losing its charge more quickly than it did before I bought the charger. I am ONE AND DONE with this Verizon franchise.
