The store staff just ignoring customers. I am here right now and the staff is rude and not professional. They intentionally work very slowly and while they have 9 customers waiting, staff sitting in their phones, chit chatting. Especially the lady staff she is ignoring customers and I talked with couple customers and they are waiting for hours. One person told he was waiting for two hours. So don't go to this store and ATT customer support will see this review they need to correct the staff. I was at the store 9 June 2026 from 6:15 till 8 pm waiting for the service. read more

I've been an AT&T customer for over 20 years, and this location has completely broken my trust. Back in February, I came in during a trade-in promotion for a free Samsung Ultra. Robert, who helped me, told me I did NOT need to turn in my old phone -- he said I could keep it and that the trade-in credit would still be applied to my bill. I specifically asked him to confirm this because it sounded off, and he assured me it wasn't a problem. Months later, instead of credits, I started seeing charges. When I went back to the store, Arturo told me there was nothing he could do and actually advised me to lie to AT&T's help center about why I still had the phone. I refused and was honest with support instead. A representative named Mackenzie informed me that Robert never even processed the transaction as a trade-in to begin with -- despite a trade-in being the entire reason for my visit. Support opened a claim but ultimately denied it and sent me back to the store. The store manager, Sophia, told me she'd handle it. She gave me one update, then went silent. I messaged her repeatedly with no response. When I showed up in person and waited 30 minutes to speak with her, she had Arturo try to turn me away. When I finally got a moment with her, she admitted she no longer had my contact info because she was being transferred -- meaning she knew she couldn't follow up and tried to brush me off anyway. What makes this worse: unlike calls to the help center, which are recorded and kept on file so they can actually help you with account changes or disputes, these in-store conversations aren't documented at all. That puts all the power in the store's hands and leaves customers like me with no proof of what we were promised -- and a bill higher than it should ever have been. Months of being misled, charged incorrectly, and ignored, with zero accountability from staff or management. If you're considering a trade-in promotion at this location, get everything in writing and don't trust verbal assurances. read more

He was still trying to help me when a rude customer interrupted him, saying she was on a call with corporate. He handled it so professionally. I don't understand why some customers lack respect and cannot be nice but expect these workers to be nice to them. That customer was clearly rude to him. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Every employee's solution was to hand me a phone number and move on. The phone number either didn't work or led nowhere.I literally spoke with the manager (Sophia Snow), who claimed they were going to help, then disappeared while I was left on a phone call for over an hour and a half with zero resolution. No follow-up, no accountability, nothing. I was told to go to a different store or call another number, neither of which solved anything. At no point did anyone actually take ownership of the issue. Complete waste of time. No help from staff, and management was a joke. If you need real assistance, don't expect to get it here. read more

Encourage your employees to maintain professionalism while in uniform, whether they are on duty or off. Last night, a woman driving a dark mini SUV parked next to me with her heavier-set coworker, who was also a woman. They were aware they had parked too closely, and the heavier woman had difficulty getting out, ultimately hitting my side mirror and walking away without offering an apology. If you know you take up more space, please select a different parking spot. Let's work together with your employees, AT&T. read more

I just went to AT&T for help with my rebate and Kris ( the young lady that helped me) got me out in less then 15 minutes. She was fabulous.

A week ago I would have definitely said this is a wonderful store simply because an employee named Rey was super helpful and efficient. However, I came in today early in the afternoon simply to drop off the phone to be turned in. I've been waiting here for over an hour and there's only been two people in front of me. My main complaint is the employees that are working are moving at a snail's pace literally sauntering across the floor back to their clients like they hate their job & life. At least 7 people have come after me. This place is packed and at least 4 employees are hanging in the break room, doing nothing. I can see them every time the door marked employees only opens. Horrible male employee with a nose ring (so you can identify him and avoid him) threatened to call the police because I was telling him and customers how awful my AT&T experience was. He did not want to hear my complaints so he accused me of trespassing. All I wanted to do was cancel my landline and they would not help me. I tried to cancel my landline online. I could not do that. I called the 800 number and was told my hold time would be 3 1/2 hours. I was told to go to an AT&T store for faster service. I went to the North Hollywood store and they told me I could not cancel my landline at customer service at the store. They told me I had to call the number to cancel. Here I am on hold for over 45 minutes so far. The North Hollywood store employee tried to make me the problem. As he was calling the police on me, I asked the other customers if they thought I was wrong or the employee was wrong. The customers sided with me. Don't use this store and don't use AT&T for anything. Customer service in person is terrible and is non-existent on the phone as hold times are absurdly long. read more

Whatever you do, save yourself from unnecessary stress and anger and avoid Fernando at all costs. I came in with an extremely old phone and needed a new one. Within a few minutes he let me know that the store is not a service store, but a store that sells phones. He kept on reminding me that he wouldn't be able to help with any new phone set up and redirected me to the Apple store. He said that have a 15 minute assistance time and he needed to step away to help new customers, even though there were other employees standing and could have approached new customers. I was extremely livid of this horrendous experience and let him know. He said, "It's not like a life and death situation." I guess sarcasm comes along with your new device. BEWARE, do not approach him for any service. I called his manager twice and I have yet to hear from him. I will call his superiors and report this lunatic. Such a great store!! Chris and Edberg are SO helpful. I had a complicated return and they figured out a way to make it work and help me out even though things weren't straightforward. Save yourself the time and aggravation, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. The absolute most ghetto employees and store. Went this morning to fix an issue. Opening time states 10am everywhere but when I got there I was told the store opens at 11am. They were having a morning meeting and was told by several employees that they aren't opening until 11am. Spoke to the 'manager' Chris, who doesn't even have business cards. Employees basically acted like i was bothering them. The very worst store. I hope it closes soon. I was just there to buy a new phone. It was not busy, their was 1 customer with a different representative, so this guy ROBERT walked towards me, didn't even say hi how can I help you or anything! Very rude from the sec I walked in. I explain what I was trying to do and he was acting like he was doing me a favor. Then he was pretty much telling me what they don't have low inventory blah blah blah and that I didn't have many options pretty much . so he just wanted me to leave since it was past 5pm he probably wanted to go home already but I was still going to pick a phone, then when I decided on the color he walks away to a table and all he says is I'd ?! I asked what? He said I'd with such attitude and then I said NEVERMIND and left. Clearly he forgot his position CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE even if they have a manager title..... I came to a different location in studio city and the experience is the total opposite. I really recommend it. The staff are nice helpful and friendly. read more

I have to update my review based to my recent experiences at this location. We came to this location 3 times in January (we were looking around for new phones and other things) and each time, they let a druggie come inside the store (he didn't cover his nose, barely wore a mask over his mouth) who went right to their station where they have Samsung phones, plugged his in and started to play loud hip-hop! It's a safety issue during Covid, also it made it impossible for us, paying customers to check their phone selection. Some guys working here told him to leave, but he didn't and they all started to hide. I told the manager but she didn't do anything either! Next time, they had a security guy at the door, which is great! But the same druggie walked right passed him and did the same thing with no cover over his nose. The security guy didn't do a thing! Seriously? We complained to Robert who was helping us. The people working here don't know about deals of any kind, you have to do your homework on line ahead and then they look into their tablets and see if they have that deal, that phone in the store! We made an appointment w. Robert for next day. When we arrived, we waited for more than half an hour and decided to be helped by somebody else. Robert was with another customer for at least an hour, so what is the point to make an appointment if it's not respected by the staff? We were buying 2 phones, changing my husband's plan and turning a landline into a cell phone, so we wanted somebody more experienced who already knew our complicated situation from the previous day. We got somebody decent, but he admitted that only him and Robert could have done our requests. Sure, in the process, no one told us that we would lose our internet due to changing landline into a cell. So we did suffer some consequences, 2 weeks with no Internet when we work from home during a pandemic! Can't say that ATT cares about customers, we'll see what we'll do in the future. But probably not use this store again! They need to get it together and have a better, more efficient manager! read more

They'll make you wait 30 minutes for a return and will try to charge you a $50 restocking fee. 0 stars. Highly recommend customers to do transactions online. Had an unopened iPhone 14 pro max that I wanted to return. Online states that there isn't any restocking fee for unopened apple devices if returned at store. read more

This is an At&t corporate store, so not a retailer. How do you review a location and ALSO the GIANT CORPORATION they represent? I guess for me, you try to review the location itself; the staff, the physical location, etc... And try to divorce whatever experience you've had with the corporate entity. First off, let me say my experience with At&t the corporation has been ATROCIOUS. My bill is confusing, the customer service is terrible, their plans are convoluted, etc... I had a TERRIBLE experience at another At&t store and went to this location to pick up the pieces. They did a reasonably good job. Taylor and Tanya helped me out and they were both professional, and helpful, and did a great job of putting up with my residual bad attitude. They are open during COVID and they are accepting walk-ins but it's highly advisable to get an appointment beforehand. I had an appointment and still ended up waiting 30+ minutes to be seen, there were a couple of walk ins that arrived around the same time I did and they still hasn't been seen after I left. They have their desks spread out through out the store, with the plexiglass dividers in-between the representative and the customer. They do require masks. They do have a parking lot, which is nice. It is shared with the surrounding businesses, but it is quite large especially on the side. Also, it's ridiculous to not have your restrooms open to the public, when you're asking people to wait 30-40 minutes for AN APPOINTMENT and then the appoinment itself takes another 30-40 minutes. read more

I was kicked out of the system by AT&T. They were AWESOME and patient. Helped me fix my phone. I'M still dealing with my bill, promises made by Rep of AT&T and so far promises not kept. My sim card stopped working , so I called AT&T and they sent a new sim card, they also said that I could go into any store and they would activate for free, I went to this location to activate the new sim, the employee said we have to charge $5 to activate , I asked them why , he said because, I would need to buy the sim from that store for them to activate, extremely unhelpful I was without a phone for hours and had to drive all the way to work and use the landline there to call for activation, since my phone was not working. wasted hours and missed work because of their bad service. read more
