Do not recommend going here!! I went in to do a simple iPhone upgrade for the trade in special. First visit, I was lied to and said there would be a better special for me if I do it myself online (that was I lie I found out when I went home) Second visit, got the new iPhone but was told it would take too long in store to complete the transfer and that I should just do it myself at home. Okay, did that. But then no instructions on what to do with my old iPhone??? Third visit, completed the transfer myself and brought in my old phone to the store. The store clerk asked, oh did you complete the closure process? No, you didn't tell me anything. Again, she said, oh you will have to do that at home on your own WiFi. Fourth visit, completed iPhone closure process and returned old phone. Then my bill was all jacked up! They convinced me to add an emergency line saying it was free-it was not. They added insurance to my line after I repeatedly said no. They charged me in store and on my bill for phone activation. This location sucks! Don't go here. This store employees do unethical sales and will lie to you so that they can make their commission. We had two separate issues here, one was they added the phone insurance without letting us know and another occasion was when they added a phone line without letting us know. I complained to the manager Alicia and asked for her business card, she said they don't carry business card and wouldn't give me her last name. I called Verizon, filed executive complaint and they are in the process of getting it resolved. I have been Verizon customer for over 22 years and now considering moving over to Tmoblie due to the poor service and shady business practices. read more

I walked into this location because it's super close to my house and Marshall was beyond excellent. He loves what he does which is really important. He was nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about all the plans at Verizon. I walked into wanting to change my plan to AT&T but he really knows what he's talking about. If I could give no stars I would.. People here are lazy and do not care to help anyone. The girl Alicia was lazy and not friendly at all. We went in to get help setting up a new device and she attempted it and when it said to call customer service to remove a line she said "sorry, I really did try" instead of calling with me to get it fixed and made sure taken care of she just said to have a good day and went in the back. She clearly had something important going on back there instead of helping her customer. This store is a joke and I hope they fix their customer service. The guy there was just as lazy not wanting to help an elderly couple that came in after us. Please get better help Verizon. The one in Studio City is way more helpful and caring. read more

The service is absolutely horrible!!!!! My mom and I have Verizon and her phone wasn't going, so I added her as an authorized user and told her to go in so they can just add an eSIM (it mistakenly got deleted). She doesn't know how to download the eSIM profile so I had her go in-store for help...the sales rep tried selling her the wrong SIM card, then tried telling her the phone is too old. (It's a Pixel 6, completely not old). He ended up not helping her and she was without a phone. I called customer care when I went over to her place after work and they fixed it in 5 mins. She was just trying to make a sale and charged me a whole bunch of stuff. What my major problem is that they don't explain the charges to you. So I was told that in order to trade in my phone I had to purchase their items which they didn't even tell me the cost of. $50 dollars for one charger ?! that looks like it be 15 bucks and a screen protector which I know should not be $50 dollars. They also added some mobile protection to my bill that I never requested. Luckily, I got that fixed by calling corporate. Thumps Up to this store and staff! I walked in in panic mode due to my cellphone blacking out on me and not holding a charge. All three employees working that day were absolutely helpful, specially "Juan." Juan was very understanding and patient with me. He spent quality time helping until the very end. He was able to get my phone to turn back on and and even assist with calling Verizon to assist me in the process of getting a new phone through my insurance. I walked into many Verizon stores and the experience has never been pleasant unless you are there for a phone upgrade. Don't be fooled. Make sure you ask exactly what you are paying for. They will give you the "Verizon" deal but add on several of their accessories. I was told that I had to buy a new charger along with my new phone because and I quote, "they make them bigger now." As the dumb excited customer, I believed the BS that was coming out of this sales reps mouth. I then got my receipt (not checking it until I got home) discovering that they charged me for a screen protector and a case in blue. I don't even like the color blue. Anyway, just make sure you ask questions and know exactly what you are paying for. Very disappointed. I received an offer from Verizon to trade in my iphone and this store uses that opportunity to sell you accessories. David (the manager) said that in order for me to use my trade in offer from Verizon, I have to purchase a charger, a screen protector, and a case from them. I told him I don't need the accessories. He said "we require you to buy accessories so we can ensure our phones are protected in case you return them." I then told him I have my own case and screen that I purchased and he said I still must purchase the case, screen protector, and charger from him to use my trade in offer from Verizon because "the cases they sell protect the phones better than other cases" (complete bs because I purchased the same exact case they sell for cheaper from somewhere else). This makes no sense. So what if you subjectively believe your cases protect phones better? Does this mean if my phone is damaged with your case you will accept the return? No. If a phone is damaged regardless of what case it has on you won't accept the return unless it is in new condition. And if that is true, why force me to buy a charger? Do chargers protect phones too?? He just wants to sell you accessories which he says is mandatory but other employees say it's not. He wants to sell you accessories that no other place mandates and lies to your face about it. When my phone arrived a week later and I went to go pick it up, the worker who helped me that day told me that the accessories were not mandatory but because David had already charged me for them I would have to speak to David who was off that day. I wanted to cancel my phone order and buy it somewhere else at this point but then they charge a giant restocking fee. Once you initiate the process with them you are basically stuck with them as the restocking fee costs the same if not more than all 3 accessories they force you to buy. Apple allows me to use this same trade in offer without forcing me to buy accessories. Best Buy allows me to use this same trade in offer without forcing me to buy accessories. Verizon over the phone allows me to use the trade in offer without forcing me to buy accessories. But David (the manager), here at Verizon by Wireless Plus at the Noho West center forces customers to buy accessories in order to use our own offers from Verizon. SHOP FOR PHONES FROM ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES THIS LOCATION. On top of all this, next month my bill was double. After calling Verizon, I found out this store did not process my trade in correctly and also added insurance to my plan without asking me or telling me about it. This store is a fraud. Great experience when we went in to purchase our phones and getting the trade in deal. Although not the staffs fault, it's been annoying with all these delivery delays for our new phones. I've been checking in every week as we were told 2 weeks they'd be there. which turned to 3 weeks now almost a month. Called and talked to Mia asking for an update and she said 'if I didn't get a call today then it means it isn't here' ooooookay, asked if she could check the status and she then said she actually DID attempt calling for one of the phones. We ordered a new iPhone 13 and she said an iPhone 11 was ready for pick up. I told her that wasn't what we ordered she said 'Well the order we have ready for pickup matches your account name so i think it's you, you can come pick up today' Continued with more attitude and no help Manager is great and was able to give me better information Apparently the iPhone 11 is all they have in stock, what she probably meant, but still makes zero sense as to why she said ANY of that But Mia is whom I believe sold us our phones to begin with.
