My son drove in from AR to do this transfer, Justin stayed an hour past his normal quitting time to assist us. My son was a former employee of the above mentioned company so we knew what we needed and wanted but Justin made it even easier. In fact, I had an issue and had to go in the next day and another rep assisted me. Then I stopped in the following day and every rep there took the time to speak to me. Recently, I went into a Corporate Store with no luck in my mind to resolve any of my issues regarding prior or current services from a local state move. BUT TODAY.... i have had ALL of my issues resolved!
