My friend mentioned the clerk informed her she had to pay $25.00 and had no credit balance on her account. He knew exactly what to do and what to say, all the while being up beat and encouraging. Then when I didn't think we could get anymore help, his manager Paulina chimed to help also. TMobile engineer gets on the phone after 5 hrs with a tech trying to figure out why it's not working and says it NEVER should have been sold to me in first place. TMobile knows there's a glitch and they're working on it. TVision? Employee at this store says 'all you need for TVision are smart televisions'. That's only true for certain brands of smart TV's otherwise it's a $50 dollar (1x) for a converter box for each TV. TInternet worked for about 4 days without a problem, then just stopped. Not spending another minute with tech support. Been a Tmobile customer 5+ years, no complaints on cell service. These employees at the Lemont store have no clue. Wasn't just one employee. If she wasn't sure of her answer, she asked the guy working. I thought they knew what they were talking about but it took a phone call to TMobile and speak to an engineer to find out they know nothing!!!!!!

They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. I asked him for a refund so I could go elsewhere and get my phone fixed. He declined and said no refunds. I understand that I may need to be a little inconvenienced, but since you could not do the job after two tries, I should receive my money back.
