If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Marco and Jose deserve whatever kind of raise they request and should be training all of T-Mobile across the country what real customer service should look like. One of the regional managers tried to sale me and change my plan but Jose was there to help me out and let me know I had a really good plan. Both Marco and Jose stayed after to help me finish up getting everything finalized. If anyone decides to come to this T-Mobile, please ask for Marco (Store Manager) or Jose. They will get you right and not try and finesse you. They are the epitome of what customer service should look and be. I was starting to dislike T-Mobile due to their poor customer service, but these two fine gentleman changed my whole perspective. Worst phone experience I have ever had to deal with. I was ready to resort to just using mail to communicate for the rest of my life after this experience. We walked in and there were no other customers and a full staff yet no one was willing to greet and help us. They were all speaking Spanish and no one was talking to us. We would ask a simple question that would lead them to conversing in Spanish for 5 minutes before we could get a response. We were not taken seriously. They would stop helping us and just start laughing and joking with each other all in Spanish like we weren't there. They insisted I had to get a new phone to switch to T-Mobile or else my phone wouldn't work... Which I used to work at AT&T and that's not a thing. The other phone provider will bill you for what's left on your phone but they won't shut your phone down. I was so done dealing with them I just ended up getting the new phone to be on my new husbands plan and it ended up being a 5 hour nightmare!!! Switching my phone took 5 hours!!!! Such a nightmare!!! "Spanish speakers only will receive service" I arrived shortly after 7 pm and was welcomed with quite a cold shoulder. The woman kept her head down and only used a pen to point to the phones by the wall when I inquired about phones. I was desperate to purchase a phone before 8 pm. LOL my phone was lost at the BYU football game ( for 5 years I kept it safe and not one scratch on it ;( ) I was desperate). I needed it for work and to keep in contact with my clients. When all of the customers had left she finally helped me however, it turned out my brother had to come in to show his ID. While I waited It turned awkward. I sat on the bench in between the two agents. The one tried to speak English to the woman. She refused and kept speaking Spanish. I kept thinking..Ok I'm desperate just wait purchase your Iphone 16promax with all the "fixings" they should help you even though it feels like the twilight zone in here lol. It was silent except for the two agents conversing in Spanish. I almost thought I had turned invisible. They spoke to each other as if I were not even in the store. I live approx 5 min away from this store. This was the first time I had ever been in here. 1148 W 800 N Ste F Orem, Ut 84057 Unless you are a Spanish speaker, I would suggest going somewhere else as even the woman suggested to me. By the time my brother got there. We still had time however, I think he felt the awkwardness, he was "sis you sure you want to stay here, I usually go through the guy at the mall super helpful, I stood up immediately and said, YES! He explained they close at 9. I had never been so happy to walk out of somewhere. I had to blink and turn back to see if those two were really there. They were an odd pair. Barely said a word. For a minute I thought - Gosh I have cilents who go through Cricket because of their circumstances- "Did Cricket buyout T-mobile"? Walked in at 7PM and stood in line for almost an hour while Kev was helping the same customer for the entirety of the hour. As the previous customer left right before the closing time of 8PM, he asked what I needed and then told me to schedule an appointment because they were closed. I thought it was customery to help all customers that were in the building prior to the actual closing time. The employees here are so thorough and helpful! Kev helped us port my husband's phone to my family's t-mobile plan and he was so kind and answered all of our questions. This store opened recently. I figured to give it a try over the one near the mall. That place is always disorganized. I don't know what will happen long term, but even though it was fairly busy, we got someone to help us quickly. The issue we needed to have fixed was not something he could do by himself. He needed additional support. He took it all in stride and helped us get everything taken care of. read more

they're not open sundays no matter what it says and we drove to like every t-mobile that said they were open sundays and none of them are.

This T-Mobile location has me wait 45 min to an hour minimum every time just to get my screen protector replaced when I pay insurance on it to get that perk. I recommend the American fork location over this one any day. But I will definitely be buying my screen protectors elsewhere. I don't recommend paying for that replace the screen protector any time thing. It's a waste of time. read more
