I then went to Spectrum store who was useless, except they said remove Google voice so that helped me make calls. But everything else was still a mess. Being new to Orlando and driving around blindly because my map wasn't working, I had to ask people how to get somewhere and stumbled upon ubreakifix by accident. Giuseppe was very nice and professional and after playing around with some settings got some more of my phone to work while I was in the building. I didn't leave my phone, or have anything cracked to fix, but he did help me with what I needed so shout out to him. And for the record, all phones are designed to fail by the manufacturer so I would keep that in mind when trying to revive an older model phone.

I wasn't there to get a phone for me ,but Lisa provided great information and a low-pressure sales pitch that convinced me I should go ahead and get a new phone. I can't say enough about her knowledge and expertise. She was friendly and helpful. Although she was much younger than me, we connected on a level I wasn't expecting. When my phone arrived, I took it to her and she downloaded/transferred all my data and generally cleaned up my phone. She was a professional and such a pleasure to deal with, I felt I had to write a review to let you know what a valuable employee you have with Lisa. I was urged by staff to purchase the Blend pen, with a lot of pressure about what a "great device" it was and that the promo "wouldn't last." Against my better judgment, I went ahead with the purchase. When I opened the box, the pen had a broken connection and was completely faulty. Even the staff couldn't get it to work. Despite this, they refused to give me a replacement or a refund. They insisted they had a policy against accessories being returned or exchanged, regardless of it being defective. Instead, I was immediately told to take my receipt and email the manufacturer for help. I explained that I only bought it because of their hard push and just wanted to return it, but was met with a defensive, combative attitude that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. To make things worse, when I contacted the manufacturer, I was told I could get mailed an exchange at my expense or that refunds must go through the retailer--the dispensary that sold it to me. So essentially I was left with no options, a broken product, and a loss on my purchase and then had to come out more to make it right. This experience has completely tainted my view of this location, and honestly, maybe the entire chain. Luckily, on a Sunday afternoon, the parking was plentiful. My son just wanted to purchase a PlayStation gift card which was available at the register. When we walked up to the counter, we were advised all their systems were down. We waited about 10-15 minutes while they waited for everything to come back up. They kindly called us over once they were all set. We had three games we wanted to trade in. We were unable to trade in The Show 17 (MLB game). The other two were good to go so we used that credit and the gift card to make our purchase. The employees we conversed with were very pleasant and helpful. I had also asked if it was possible to add the bifocal to the glasses and everyone had refer me back to the original Dr. By the time I arrived at Vision Works in Sanford I was worn out frazzled and ready to give up. I said I need these glasses before Wed next week they said no problem we can have them tomorrow. I said I would kind of like bifocals on them to they said No problem and adjusted my prescription. They went even further my glasses are perfect they adjusted them so that I can see the computer and read without the bifocal at all just a single lenses. They took my VSP plan so instead of quoting me hundreds of $$ my glasses were under $100. If I had to rank them 1 to 5 stars I would give them a 10 star rating.
