We were never informed of service coming back on and I decided to cancel to get a new internet provider... I went to a store and cancelled then the next day they charged my card again! They claimed that the cycle was from the middle of the month and that they charged at the end of the month. I asked to be reimbursed for the days we had no service and the time remaining that we had on the current month since I cancelled. They told me that they "could not confirm we had no service during the outage" because I didn't call every single day to wait on hold for an hour in order to complain! The manager I spoke to was named Michael and speaking to him was a horrible experience! If you get spectrum your Internet will go out all the time and is completely unreliable and working with customer service is worse than having a root canal!

This means the merging or cancelled account was not the account I went in store for - I reset password and should have been helped with them calling T-Mobile on the phone in person- instead they sent me away and said call them on your own . Only to have spent 8 hours 4 till 9m to get no where for there was two accounts in my name one should have been cancelled long ago ! The next morning T-Mobile activation dept was to call me to help and never did . So I spent three hours in person that day w Mario helping me to get my Sereno and fixed . Mario was kind - listened to me - he got what I was saying got on the phone after pulling up both my accounts /he canceled the old account - spoke w the activation dept - got my numbers corrected and I ended up buying a phone from Mario . He took the time to help me - he listens and even though I did not go in to up grade my phone - he made the sale just knowing this nice , kind and profession man - was helping me ! This is not the usual location I visit and I won't be coming back. I dropped off a couple things…read morefor repair, signed up for their subscription and left. A PS2, Apple TV, & iPad in their care. A week goes by and nobody calls. I call to ask for updates and they have no good news for me. They haven't figured out the problem for any of the stuff I brought in and were still troubleshooting. They tell me the next set of tests they're gonna run and we hang up. 3-4 weeks go by and I get no phone calls, texts, or emails. I go in person to ask what's going on and the guy helping me barely spoke above a whisper so I could barely even understand what he was saying. He goes to the back and grabs my items and to my surprise not a single one got fixed. They're ALL STILL BROKEN. He mentions motherboard damage then nothing else. This guy tells me to file a claim since nothing was fixed, but I'm still mad about this experience! I have been to UbreakiFix before and I had good experiences even when they couldn't help me. The guys here just couldn't care less and weren't transparent about the status of my things! Don't waste your time coming here.
