Mackenzie was great, he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very patient with the long process of bringing everything fully over to our new phones. Since it's the holiday season, it started to get busy after we arrived so it's best to make an appointment when you can. And also given the season, the stock in phones and colors was very low, like slim pickings. We managed to all get the phones we wanted, but barely haha. Our process was quite long just because of data transfer and the hoops to switch services, but Mackenzie was such a big help. We have no complaints and had a wonderful experience.     Verizon Wireless has the WORST Customer Service Department I've ever experienced. The wireless…read morephone service is fine, and internet service is ok. BUT... if there is an issue, good luck in getting it resolved. 1) Customer Service representatives are overseas; 2) Calls to C.S. frequently get dropped, sometimes after 30-45 minutes. I was told more than once that C.S. reps cannot call you back when that happens, but I have had them call me back on occasion, so that statement is not true. 3) I have spent MANY hours and many phone calls trying to get an issue resolved since February of this year. (I estimate 15-20 phone calls, not counting the ones that got dropped where I had to call in again, and i estimate 15-20 hours spent on the phone with them.) STILL NO RESOLUTION!! As a result, they have overbilled me for several months, and trying to get a credit for this so far has been futile. Unfortunately I am locked into an agreement with them but will be cancelling as soon as I'm able.

I asked questions and he answered with a minimum amount of words, not looking up from his screen much, and not offering alternatives or even suggesting any viable purchases. I left feeling like I had wasted my time stopping to enquire and possibly purchasing an iPhone. I made a mental note to not go back there again. Then COVID closed the Verizon store at The River and at my wife's suggestion, we returned to this retailer. Fortunately for me, Cruz Lefebre was the young man who assisted us in the process of upgrading to a new iPhone 11 Pro Max, switching my wife's SIM card and data to my previous iPhone 7 and clearing her old phone for gifting to our grandson. A lot to be done, to say the least, especially when I have over 2500 contacts--I have a deep, wide network!--and 36 gigs of pics & vids on my old phone! But through it all, Cruz was professional, courteous, knowledgable, patient and personable, all at the same time. A couple of challenges presented themselves in the lengthy process of getting this all done, but Cruz was unflappable... cool, calm and collected every step of the way. My confidence was high in regards to his ability to get it all done in the most efficient way possible. And I wasn't wrong! In our conversations I discovered that he was of an entrepreneurial nature, so I invited him to attend my global network meeting and looked forward to introducing this young man of unique character to my trusted inner sphere of business owners in this community. He attended the meeting and is returning next week, considering membership. He will be a definite asset to the organization if he sees it as a viable opportunity for himself. It's very refreshing to see this level of professionalism in someone of his age--early twenties--and I know this will serve him well in all of his endeavors. Thank you, Cruz, for redeeming the reputation of this Verizon Dealer and for the exemplary customer service.

New apple cell was not very easy to use. So took back new apple phone 3 hrs. later.. Was told they can not take back. I said your return policy on receipt says 14 days . I only had it for 3 hrs. Just want to pay to go back to my old apple service cell . if you charge me a restocking fee that's fine. New apple cell not user friendly any way. So already canceled charge with American express told me to return it tomorrow let them know there not getting paid. Will see what happened on Sunday afternoon. Do the math T mobile 120.00 per month for 10 years of service. I have other services to Providers. More people need to stand up to these company's that don't owner there return policy's. When I got my second phone the service lady spent almost two hours porting all my data from the old to the new phone. Recently I had a problem as my phone had locked with a pin. I have never set a pin..Natale was on duty and unlocked my phone in seconds. I had set a pin for an app and evidently sometimes when this is done it deletes the phone's settings. She reset the settings and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will always go back to this store for a new phone and service.

However, it's woefully slow. I don't think it's the reps, per se, but more the customers. During the almost 1.5 hours combined waiting time (I had to pick up new equipment, go home, then come back and drop off the old equipment), I noticed that almost everyone who was there had little to no grasp of current technology. Either it wasn't a clear understanding of their cellular phone plan rates, the Xumo box and remote, or how to connect their dumb or smart TV to spectrum, it was all rather simple stuff that took so much time. I had ordered my equipment while driving and was told it would be ready after 1pm. Fair enough. I got there at 1:20 but didn't leave until 2:15! Yikes! Then, when I returned at 6:30 pm, I wasn't helped until almost 7. For those of us who know how to log into a website and navigate, there should be an automated dispenser and/or return kiosk for equipment. I really didn't have to talk to anyone to get or return the equipment. I mean, I had to activate the new modem on my own via their website, so Spectrum already made the assumption I didn't need any customer service help, so why would they think I'd need it picking up or returning equipment. The 2 star rating was based on the wait times, but really, it's a reflection of the customers' lack of knowledge... I appreciate the teams' patience there. Some of the questions or the rudeness of the customers would have gotten on my last nerve...
