Dropped my phone off Thursday to have the battery replaced because my phone kept freezing and have the back screen crack repaired. Picked it up Friday, was told "it still might not be dry but it should be okay, just put it in the case". Saturday, my phone is still freezing and to my shock and surprise, the back of the phone was cracked again. I brought it back at 1pm, not even 24 hours after picking it up. I called about 4:30 to see if it was ready and was told he had to order a part and I couldn't get my phone until Monday. Well, excuse me but did I say it's okay to keep my phone until Monday? I certainly did not. He claimed he called my husband, that's a lie. No missed call, no voicemail. He said the other guy who worked on my phone "used the wrong glue", whatever that means, and then literally in the same sentence accused ME of cracking my phone! I told him put my phone back together, I'm coming to get it. He's a terrible person to deal with. ZERO customer service skills. These reviews literally have to be his friends and family. THE BEST PART IS 8PM, MY ENTIRE PHONE SCREEN IS NOW BLINKING BRIGHT GREEN AND I CAN'T GET IT TO STOP. NOW MY PHONE IS COMPLETELY UNUSEABLE. I WILL BE CONTACTING TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE NOW I CANT EVEN TRADE MY PHONE IN FOR A NEW ONE!!!!!!!!!! STAY. AWAY.

I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. I was just going in to change my plan and get my other phone set up on a preexisting phone number/line on my account. What should have been a quick and easy process took over an hour and still hasn't been resolved. I felt so bad I can't remember his name, he was so patient. We weren't able to get the phone transferred on his computer so we called customer care. The First Gentleman was unable to help me so I was transferred to another which is where I started to get annoyed. All of this and customers are coming and going while I sit on hold. At least the employees were able to help others while I sat on hold. Over an hour of just a minute I need to put you on hold again and again. I was extremely frustrated, my friend had an appointment to get to so I ended up having to hang up and leave as I just didn't have anymore time to deal with this. So I'm still with a paperweight second phone line. But the in store employee was able to give me some info and another store to try as they are a small store not a corporate store.
