My friend needed to get a new screen for her phone so we decided to pop in here. They didn't have…read morethe screen she needed but they made a quick call and went to go get the screen needed. I thought that was really nice, since most places would've been sorry for your luck. We waited about 15 minutes for him to come back. One of the other employees offered my friend a chair since they only had one and she had a hard time getting off of that one. It's very open as in a bit empty inside but they sell phones, cases, screen repair and other things you would find in convenience type stores. The two gentlemen we dealt with were really friendly. Her phone screen replacement was $90 for an iPhone 13. At least we know of a place close to home to get the screens fixed for a decent price.

He said the other guy who worked on my phone "used the wrong glue", whatever that means, and then literally in the same sentence accused ME of cracking my phone! I told him put my phone back together, I'm coming to get it. He's a terrible person to deal with. ZERO customer service skills. These reviews literally have to be his friends and family. THE BEST PART IS 8PM, MY ENTIRE PHONE SCREEN IS NOW BLINKING BRIGHT GREEN AND I CAN'T GET IT TO STOP. NOW MY PHONE IS COMPLETELY UNUSEABLE. We weren't able to get the phone transferred on his computer so we called customer care. The First Gentleman was unable to help me so I was transferred to another which is where I started to get annoyed. All of this and customers are coming and going while I sit on hold. At least the employees were able to help others while I sat on hold. Over an hour of just a minute I need to put you on hold again and again. I was extremely frustrated, my friend had an appointment to get to so I ended up having to hang up and leave as I just didn't have anymore time to deal with this. So I'm still with a paperweight second phone line. But the in store employee was able to give me some info and another store to try as they are a small store not a corporate store.
