Unfortunately, the TV couldn't be located, and I ended up waiting... and waiting. After 25 minutes, I was still standing there with no update on an item that was supposedly ready. I'm a patient person, but at that point, I felt it was more than reasonable to ask for a manager. I spoke with Gracie, and while I made it clear that it wasn't the cashier's fault, something clearly went wrong behind the scenes for a "ready for pickup" order to cause such a delay. I'm not sure what the holdup was, but I found the situation unprofessional and disappointing. Customer service is what keeps a business running, and when it's lacking, it leaves a lasting impression.
