Davie AT&T on University Drive in Davie Florida is the ABSOLUTE ONLY AT&T store to go too. After numerous stores, and problems, I was gonna cancel AT&T and go back to old service. Until I went to this location and have met the customer service agent ALEXIE he has done everything for me. He fixed my prior problems he added now another line for me, he even walked me through setting up each new phone. I have 7! HE IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME, after multiple stores pretended to do anything (when in fact they made it worse) ALEXEI WAS THE ONLY ONE to fix and help me. I truly don't see why he isn't like the broward manger or whatever they call it for multiple stores bc he 100% should be. And I truly truly hope ATT REALIZES WHAT AN ASSET HE IS TO THEIR COMPANY! So if you do have ATT and need anything ask just for him. Trust me don't waste your time with anyone else. read more

Seamless process trading in the phones. However, I had to follow up with the store and ATT customer service several times due to an issue removing the activation fee. The activation fee was supposed to be waived due to an AARP special, however, the store representative didn't sign me up the day of the activation. This caused a situation where the phone representatives were unable to remove the activation fee on their end. After speaking with ATT customer service 2 times and the store 2 times, a district manager was finally able to remove the fee from my account. Bottom line is that they need to: 1. Make sure the representative applies the AARP the day of the activation 2. Make it easier on the customer to get feed removed from their account when it is not clearly the customer's fault Mistakes happen, but making harder on the customer is less than ideal. read more

Cool guy named Aidan helped me. My phone was all buggy, had no service, had iCloud problems, wasn't saving pictures, was having issues with calls and texts, could not load up tiktake. I gave it to him and not even 10 minutes later it felt like God had blessed my phone. Aidan was very nice and again as I mentioned chill. You know its distracting when you enter a store and there are all up on u to make a sale! he was genuinely worried about my cellular device and not the big green bucks in my pocket. BEWARE of FRAUD in this store. I came in because my phone wasn't working. I was told I needed a new SIM card. Which they changed. I was then told that I was paying too much for my plan because it was an old plan. The lady even laughed and called employees over. I was told that I would be paying a lot less. My next bill came and it was $100 more than I was paying last month. When I came to complain, THEY COULD NOT EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE IN THE BILL! Then they proceed to tell me I need to contact AT&T to get a credit. If you've ever called AT&T, you know it'll be at least two hours on the phone. I would never shop here again. read more

I had problems with my former carrier; porting out my #, & porting into AT&T. I visited the store on several occasions attempting to resolve my situation, and was even helped by the district manager during one visit ( Miss T. Sanchez) she looked like she would be more comfortable in a club instead of a business environment; from the way she was dressed. I spent two weeks w/o a phone; so 4 hours on the phone with customer service, things were resolved and I could finally port my #. Ahhh! I called the local store here in Davie. I explained the entire situation to (Tahirzain, who's allegedly the Assistant Manager of that store). the store had only an hour before they closed; however, she wouldn't even discuss my account until she saw my ID, and insisted that I come into the store to present my ID. Before she would even discuss my account with me( despite having all my account information).Upon arriving @ the store, on Monday, November 9 at approximately 6:15 PM,I saw a young lady who jumped out of a seat and begin dusting. she finally turned around and acknowledged me; she was wearing no mask,no gloves, no protective equipment whatsoever, and was in my personal space. I politely asked her if she would stand back and put on a mask; she repugnantly refused. so I initiated my distance from her. When she asked me to produce my identification ... I refused! She told me to leave & called the police. Miss Tahirain could refuse my requests; however, I'm penalized when I refuse hers. she immediately locked the door after I walked out.i'm unsure what she told them ,however I was threatened with going to jail for trespassing if I didn't leave, or if I ever came to the store again. I had verbally given her my account information & began receiving messages saying that I was currently Signed out of my IMessage account. Please see attached. I immediately wrote the district manager a lengthy email explaining the whole problem. I didn't receive a response so I wrote another email.This Time she acknowledged she received my first email however she was very busy and would get back with me at her earliest convenience. Never did.Then, I began receiving various bills for services I never requested or condoned. $400. For a month of service & bills that were not truthful & accurate.I had my prepaid account set up for auto pay; and it seem like every other week they were pulling more money out of my account ( i.e., on 1/4/21, $174.60 ; on 1/14/21, $103.10... it was never ending). So,then decided to leave this company and go where my business was welcomed. I signed up with another company and immediately ported my number out. I called and advised customer service that their services were no longer required and I was with another company ;to cancel my services with them. AT&T's SIM card was no longer in my phone; however, I continue to receive various bills ,with various amounts ,declaring various services ;that were falsely rendered. They falsely show that data was used for several months; while I had a different carrier.They continued taking money out of my bank & my other bills were bouncing & costing me $35. Each creditor I had on auto pay. I had to finally call my bank & blacklist them from my account ... Then I was issued a new card. I'm still visibly shaken,when I think about this horrible experience and situation. Once, when I spoke with customer service; I asked how much power these people had as far as accessing and manipulating people's accounts... her long silence and eventually admitting The power and possibility of the events that were transpiring in my life ,was enough for me to cut the cord w/ this company. One last point,before I end and conclude this whole horrible experience. I began reading about government fees and fees that are not government related that are strictly AT&T's discretion. It's to my understanding that these discretionary fees are associated with past lawsuits , i.e., punitive damages and attorneys fees. There are many companies out there that buy huge amounts of data from these major companies ,and sell them to the public at a much lower rate. I can be very stubborn about who gets my money and business. I beg that anyone who reads this & has a heart, Will not do business with this company. I asserted everything in this review is truthful and accurate. The only evidence I currently have is bills from AT&T and statements from my bank. I have tried to be thorough and document dates and times as to the various people I've spoken with and what was discussed. The worst. I was sold a phone by a rep at this location and they basically said what they had to just to make a sale..when it came time to actually utilize my cell phone in the way they had assured me it would operate, it was a complete miss. I went back to the store to try and fix the situation which would mean I'd need an upgraded iPhone with more memory and they did NOT help me at all. First of all I would like to make a special shout out to the very rude and unprofessional customer service rep Michael, the unfortunately short spanish man, actually, boy. The manager who was working at the time had hardly the competence of a manager, she just looked very confused the entire time and pushed my issue off onto another employee. This store sucks. He is never there and when you are asked to wait for him it is no less than an hour wait. Then when he gets there he is of NO help. He never returns calls. Please be careful. AT&T's customer service is now beyond HORRIBLE. All the towers in south Florida are degraded. There are blackouts everywhere. I never have more than 1 or 2 bars . Many times no service which affects my safety. The WiFi went down nearly every weekend and was too slow to stream Netflix most days.They will not take ownership of their inability to provide working service. I have wasted hours on the phone with their tech support and customer loyalty. Still no ownership of their mistakes and not following through on their end of the contract. Please avoid them and save yourself so much trouble and wasted money. read more

Horribly experience. They double charged us by accident and still waiting for refund after almost 3 weeks. Store Manager offered us a lukewarm sorry, but I think my kids can do better than that. Good Day, About two (2) years ago I had A T and T U Verse for my DSL and TV. I always had the same package with no Pay Review, no HBO, ShowTime, etc. I never ordered any Pay Review Movies, etc. One month my bill was like $89.00, another month in the $90's and another month around $110.00 (give or take). I was constantly calling and speaking to various Customer Service Representatives about my At and T U Verse bill. I never signed a contract. I was getting the run around. I felt like I was being taken advantage from A T and T U Verse. I am on a fixed budget and cannot have undetermined amounts of money being billed each month. I had to finally drop A T and T Uverse and go to Comcast. I wanted cable and not satellite because I would lose my TV connection completely when storms would pass by. Be careful with Comcast when "inquiring" with DSL because with Comcast DSL I made an inquiry without ordering and I was charged with never receiving any; equipment nor any technician coming over. It took me 3 days, 4 various Comcast Cable Customer Service Representatives and about 4 hours to have it removed after one billing cycle. read more
