This location has great staff! I used to get amazing service with Nate and Damaris. Well, they were not there when I went back last week. Evalyn was also fantastic. She helped me with the purchase of my new phone/upgrade. I was told my trade in which was an iPhone 11 would be $350 by her and Becca, so I was ok with that. Then this other staff, Leyda, offered to help to transition me to a First Net account which I appreciated . She even gave me her personal cellphone number and told me to text her to meet up there, she would come on her day off to help me but she did not show up nor replied to my text, nor apologized for that when I saw her today to drop off my trade in. There was no remorse at all. She offered to help and gave her contact number, remember. So today when ai dropped off my phone, I was shocked when I saw the trade in value was only $95! She then texted me she is asking her manager why the $350 does not appear. I hope they will keep their word. I texted her too that if this is the case, I will just get my phone back. I feel some people are sincere in treating their customers and some are all words and no action at all. It would be nice to have honest courtesy. Appreciate the quick transactions I had in the past and also Becca who helped set up the new phone. Please know our time is valuable, do not make false pretenses of willingness to help, when in reality our time was wasted especially if it is our break time from work. To show no remorse too of that break in communication is just not acceptable, it was totally ignoring me as a person and as client. I suggest to revisit Customer Service 101 class. I have been an AT&T customer for over 10 years , I hope the $350 incident of another client won't be a repeat tragedy of broken words. I hope this is not how you seriously treat loyal customers. I went in last Saturday to add a line for my son to my existing account. I was going to trade in my son's iPhone 11. The rep told me they were going to give me $350.00 for it. I was happy with that, then I went back to turn in the iPhone 11 and they said that they were not going to give me anything for it. Cause it was too damaged and that they could do anything for me. I'm super upset and angry at them for not keeping their word. This store is not professional and they lie to their customers. I will never come back and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I went in to add an iPad to my account, the guy had good customer service through out the whole interaction. I left happy with the product. BUT! when I received a text about 2 weeks later saying that I had to register my iPad device to their Protect Advantage Insurance program I was mad. The day I got the iPad I specifically told Christopher Alvarado the guy that helped me get the device, to not add any insurance to the item. I told him multiple times not to add it and I even told him that when I opened my account with AT&T the person that helped me, add it the insurance to my phones without telling me. So what did Christopher do?. He added the insurance even tho I had told him multiple times not to. I went back to remove the insurance and Ana Loza remove it. I've been in the cell phone business, I know that associates get paid commission for selling insurance and accessories and opening new lines. And I also know that some managers pressure associates to sell the items and services, but if you have to go to the extremes to add a service on someone's account even tho they have told you multiple times not to add it. Then that sales associate does not need to be employed in any retail business. Because that's fraud! This is the second store that does this to me. I rather just open up new lines online, that way I have control in what gets added to my account. Not all sales associates are this shady, there are few that actually do their jobs the right way. I would've given this store a 5 Star rating, but they had to mess things up. read more

This is the worse store I have ever dealt with! They have not corrected my phone bill issue that is still existing to this day! Started when they first opened ! We are now in July of 2021.
