I had very valid questions about upgrading phones from different makers and how it would all change my bill and he acted irritated I was even asking him. I have had a much better experiences at this store in the past and the one in Brookfield, but tonight made me question if I even want to stay with AT&T.

A tall (handsome) black man named Patrick ended up helping me swap a couple phones within our family plan. He was patient, helpful, kind, and communicative. We are actually closer to the Germantown location, but we will ONLY come here from now on. I saw other people come in as I was waiting, and the employees all welcomed them kindly and helped with their issues. I signed up for att service through Target. I was told I would get statement credits for paying the activation fees up front, discounted lines and reimbursement for the payoff of my devices (turns out it was only for my phone not my tablet). In the form of a visa gift card. Went online and submitted the information for the reward in the form of a screen shot because I didn't get paper statements. They declined to reimburse because they didn't like the submission format. So I had to call my old provider and sit on the line for an hour and request a paper statement by mail. Once I received it, I went back to their submission site and it kept telling me I could not submit because I had already submitted. I replied to their email, there was no response. So I called. Turned out I needed to go to an alternative website to submit. The person on the phone was really nice and walked me through the resubmission process where I uploaded all 5 pages of my bill. This was all still within their 60 day required time frame. After I submitted the page said to wait 6-8 weeks to get my card. The other day I realized I had not gotten my visa gift card. So I went into my email to search for information and there was no record of anything. I call in and ask what's up and after 2 phones calls, 4 employees, 1 manager and a hour and 15 minutes of my time they tell me I'm SOL because their system failed. That there is NO ONE, that can make this right. Even if there was no record, how would I know i had to go to a special website for resubmission of my firms unless I had actually done it? Furthermore, the reimbursement of the activation fees only came after I called them back and reminded them. If I wasn't paying attention they would I shorted me that. So I was supposed to get $150 back for paying off my phone and they now refused. This stinks like a scam to me. I do not recommend switching. Oh yes, when I asked to talk to someone higher up I was told there was no one else higher up to talk to me. What a shame.

He just says "I don't know" and "not sure". There is also a young black girl who works in there (don't know name) who just sits scrolling on her phone and rolling her eyes when you walk in. She looks at you as if you are disturbing her by even walking in. There is ZERO desire to help in this store location. My husband and I have gone in a handful of times since moving to the area, and each time they "have no wi-fi", so they can't "do anything to help". After finding out this was a franchise, it made more sense. They are NOT AT&T corporate, so they have no motivation to care. If you're in the area, go to the corporate AT&T store off Burleigh in Wauwatosa. It's right off 41, and full of smiling, helpful employees ready to help!!

The sales person pushed and pushed him to finance it - could not take no for an answer, but my user was specific on this point. The salesperson finally agreed and sold him the phone, and transferred the ESN. Now two months later, my user sees his phone is SIM locked, so i checked the bill and the store sales person *PUT IT ON A PAYMENT PLAN for $0.36 - 1 cent per month*. The only reason for doing this is that the salespeople are pushed by their management or somehow comped when getting phones to be financed, so not only did she not do what my user said he wanted, but literally signed him (and my company) up for a payment plan for the phone. For 36 cents. This is beyond unethical and If the culture permits or incentivizes this behavior it brings into question any transaction or statement made by this 'Authorized Verizon Reseller'. This is the sort of thing you expect from extended car warranty sales people and dudes selling reverse mortgages on cable news. Oh, the other reviewer mentioning the sign in the window is spot on - a number of months ago i stopped in around 330. Sign on the door, '1pm - back in 45 minutes'. At the time thought it was a fluke, now seems about right. This clownshow of a store is a complete embarrassment to Verizons corporate brand.
