Tonight we went into the Anthem AT&T store to get our switcher bill handled hopefully once and for all. There was an associate in the store we spoke to first and explained our situation to and he didn't understand how we only received $159.00. Then Edward came up from the back. He pulled our final Sprint bill up from his email and printed it off. It showed that they were suppose to pay a grand total of $771.06. As Edward (original guy we worked with) was reviewing the bill, his associate had a question and kindly said I have a. Mid sentence Edward aggressively looked up, glared at him and condescendingly said "Don't interrupt me. " The associate, mind you he has only been working there for one month, looked at me shocked and appalled. Edward then tried to justify the $159.00 visa and said he only owed us an additional $127.00. My fiancé then pointed to the numbers and specified, "these are the portions AT&T needs to pay. The early termination fees and the rest of the lease on our phones which adds up to $771.06." Edward from there blew up. He proceeded to stand up and say, "this is all I am offering you." Jeffrey said "no that does not add up." Edward aggressively stated "yes it does and if you guys cant agree to this then you need to leave MY STORE!" At this point, my fiancé called AT&T customer care because we were told to do so the night before if there was an issue. We also asked Edward if we could speak to or receive Brock, the regional manager's, telephone number. Edward refused and said "No!" Edward then shoved the papers at my fiancé and again aggressively said "you need to leave." We refused to and Edward continued to try to push the papers into my fiancés hands. When my fiancé refused, he turned to me. He took the papered and thrusted them into my chest and abdominal area saying " you need to LEAVE MY STORE!" Again, we only went in tonight to figure out our bill. We did not cuss, yell, or make a pass at him. There was also a customer inside the store while this incident took place. He ended up leaving at the soonest opportunity he could. After I did not accept the papers he so violently tried to give me, he took them, placed them outside and then came back inside and threatened to call the police. He was accusing us of trespassing even though we are established paying customers. Meanwhile, I began recoding due to feeling unsafe and my fiancé continued to wait for customer care to get on the line. Edward walked to the back to call the police. His associate was then left in the store with us shocked and embarrassed by his co-worker. He tried to be hospitable and help console us. He also took it upon himself to text Brock to let him know what was going on, but did not tell Edward he had done so. The associate also said that this is not the first time he has talked down to an associate. We felt bad for him; no one should be in a workplace or work for a corporation that hires people that treat others this way especially from a manager. Edward then came in and out of the back saying the police were on the way. Continuing to say " YOU NEED TO LEAVE MY STORE. NOW." Jeffrey (my fiancé) then asked if he would be willing to speak with customer care and he said "NO, I refuse to help EITHER OF YOU." He then went to the back again and called his regional manager, Brock, to let him know of the incident. According to the associate, what Edward told Brock was that we were rude and cussing at him. We did no such thing and thankfully the associate was there as witness to prove we did not. We remained calm the entire time. Edward then came back out again refused to help us and made aggressive movements as he moved throughout the store making us feel even more uncomfortable than we already were. The customer care team advised us there was nothing they could do, that only the store could help us and that we needed to drive 10 miles to the next closest one in hopes to resolve our issue. Due to Edward giving us below poor customer service and he that he was the only manager there we were out of options. The Maricopa sheriffs department arrived and did ask us to leave the store. Once outside, the officers informed us what Edward reported to them and again it was another lie. We did not yell, we were not aggressive, we did not cuss. We were shocked and in disbelief that this situation occurred. We want to let all of our family and friends know that AT&T lied to us multiple times and provided us horrible customer service. If you look at the other reviews you get an idea of what to expect at this store. Unlike others I have become numb to the kind of issues that arise each time I go to an AT&T store to get a new phone. Customer service is hit or miss. At this store I had an okay experience but not great when I arrived ready to get a new Samsung Galaxy phone. I would recommend that you prepare ahead of time. Check online to see what kind of phone you want. See if you can get last year's model at a cheaper price off the AT&T website. Then if you have to go into the store call first to make sure they have the phone that you want. And try to find an experienced rep in the store who knows what they are talking about. If necessary talk to the store manager to make sure you get everything you need. Phones are a pain and so is dealing with AT&T sometimes. Don't let it get to you. read more

I had a terrible experience at this AT&T store, specifically with an employee named Henry. When I came in because my phone service wasn't working, the store was completely empty -- no other customers at all. Instead of offering help or even trying to solve the issue, Henry simply gave me the number to Customer Service and said it wasn't his responsibility. This is completely unacceptable. If you've been working somewhere for 17 years, you should know how to provide basic customer support -- especially when no one else is even in the store. He didn't even try. Just sat there and dismissed me like I was a bother. This kind of behavior is exactly why people lose trust in AT&T stores. I hope management sees this and takes action. Avoid this location unless you want to be ignored. read more

CHRIS , the manager at this location ( or assistant manger ). Was terribly rude. Awful customer Service. He treated me very poorly and it was unbelievable. I can't believe someone like him is in a management position. What's this world coming to ?? I told him I would get service elsewhere and he didn't care he shook his shoulders like ' I don't care ' I called and let ATnT know about this experience. I am switching to T mobile. It's really dissappointing to see this kind of customer service happening today. We are Definatelty lacking in that good , friendliness and welcomeness some Do go out of their way to show. read more

I am writing this to thank Eddie from the Camelback AT&T store. He was more than helpful. My daughter-in-law and I went in to see how to setup parental controls on my granddaughters phone. Eddie thought it would be a quick fix, but it wasn't. He was so patient and understanding and made sure it was all fixed and ready to go before we left the store. I don't know if anyone at the other locations would be this patient. He is wonderful, thank you Eddie This is the AT&T store I always go to. They have always are great and helpful, I love this location. read more

I had to get a phone replacement and needed help with down loading apps. Etc. This has taken me several days and every time I have returned Ezequiel, Christian, Collin, and Josh have gone beyond just helping me set up and taken extra time to answer questions that I did not know how to ask. It's always a pain when I pick up my new company phone from ATT. Last time it took over two hours to straighten everything out. My old phone gets deactivated. My new phone gets activated in the box. Then the employee tells me I can't have my new one. Lol. But these guys were great. The confusion set in for about 10min before the manager came out, did his magic, and allowed me to take my new phone with me. A+. Thanks guys! See you in two years, haha. read more

By far the WORST customer service I have ever had. I have been with AT&T forever, and am going to have to switch service providers because AT&T refuses to fix the problems with my bill that they created. They misrepresented, and fraudulently overcharged me, and I am stuck paying for their incompetencies. So frustrated that I now have to drop everything to go to T-Mobile. read more

Chris the store manager was very rude and made me feel like I don't ever want to go there again. I feel that this location needs much friendlier workers to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. This location is well put together. It took some time to get seen and taken care of but it was worth the wait. Good customer service. I don't remember the gentleman that helped me and my brother but he was remarkable. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I highly recommended coming to this location. read more
