Not my typical spot to review but couldn't let my experience go unnoticed at this location- Ross was incredible. He worked with our family for hours making sure we got set up, got the best deal and walked away with exactly what we needed. Fausto Thanks We give a big shout out to excellent customer service provided by Fausto - employee at the Verizon store on Lincoln and 32nd St. in Phoenix, Arizona . We went to the store to purchase at least one new phone. Fausto patiently provided us details about the cost of the phone and other ways we could save considering we had two phones together. We are elderly and could tell that he was conscious of giving us excellent service and the patience we needed to make decisions. We appreciated that he looked at the various ways we could save money on our purchases We walked out with two phones and an iPad. We also walked out with a new Verizon home Internet, which he said we could return if necessary. We did find it necessary and he took great care of us in regards to its return back to the store. The only negative I would have is there are not enough staff at that store. Good service does take time and patience which Fausto gave us, but possibly to the dismay of some other folks waiting in line. As he serviced us, he multitasked as best he could helping others at the same time. We were amazed at his ability and to multitask with such calmness! One of the customers who left before us was also complementing Fausto on his excellent customer service. I would definitely go back to this Verizon store and work with Fausto again and I will pass the word to others. read more

Listen to the reviews. This store is horrible. I ordered an apple watch for my son's birthday. It was due to arrive on May 15 and they promised to call me as soon as it arrived. I never received a call. I attempted to call the store numerous times and every time it redirects to a call center. The in-store employees won't pick up for the call center either. Because they don't answer their phones, it was impossible to figure out whether the watch is there. The call center can confirm the order arrived but does not have the ability to make sure that the store didn't sell the watch to another customer. When I ask the call center why the store won't call me back, the response I get is that "they must be too busy to call you." It's now May 22 and still no watch, no return call, no nothing. I should have known better than to go here. The last time I went to the store the employee told me I'd be better off going to the store on 16th and Camelback. read more

After 2 failed attempts via phone and chat customer service to add a line to our account, we went to this store and Elvis helped us efficiently and professionally. He juggled multiple customers who were there at the same time. I appreciate him going above and beyond to help resolve the issues we experienced prior to going in. There's no self-serve kiosk. I waited almost 40 minutes to pay my bill with an employee, which took less than 1 minute to do when it was my turn. There was only one employee, and he was working with a customer when I walked in. The employee was doing his best to multitask and bounce between me, the customer, and another couple in the store, but the divided attention made everyone agitated. It didn't seem to be the employee's fault--management should have more people working or offer customers another way to pay their bill at the store. If you need to pay your bill in person, don't go to this location. Other locations may have self-serve kiosks, and you'll save so much time. Side note--this employee (I didn't catch their name) was very helpful! Just overworked and understaffed. read more

Verizon will sign you up for features you do not want then do not want to give your money back when you notice. Pay very close to your bill. This is how they stay rich by robbing us. I usually only leave positive reviews, but man I just can't let this go Do not shop here, go a few miles away to a different store! Verizon's customer for 9 years My recent experience at this Verizon store was disappointing from start to finish. Like many others have mentioned in their reviews, the wait times are terrible, with only one or two employees trying to manage a crowd of customers. After finally getting some assistance, I was told that the phone I wanted to upgrade to was not in stock. (Totally fine) I was informed I had to order it to the store and they would call me when it came in. I asked two or three times and the girl very specifically told me it was not an option to get this phone delivered to my house and instead, I would have to come back to the store once the phone arrived.( bummer but oh well) The employee said 1-2 business days and the store will call me when it came in. Several days passed without any word, so I decided to call Verizon for an update. Thank goodness I did, because I discovered that the phone was being shipped to my old address across town--an address I haven't lived at in quite some time. I never agreed to this, how the hell does this even happen? She was very adamant that shipping to my house was not an option let alone an old address that's on file with you guys. Maybe yes I should have my correct address on my account but how the hell does $1000 device just get shipped without me knowing???? Now I'm left trying to fix a problem that Verizon created, and it's a hassle that should never have occurred. Verizon needs to step up its customer service, especially when it comes to in-store experiences. The lack of staff, long wait times, and poor handling of my order left a lot to be desired. Here is why, my phone transfer was messed up at an Apple store, and it was all surrounding the SIM card. Matthew could've brushed off as an Apple Store issue and instead he took the time to look into the account remove barriers that were in my way and get the problem solved so I can make my next appointment. I have never written a review for yelp before. I went here to upgrade my device. a short summary - we were charged over 120 dollars for an activation fee that included taxes. ANY corporate store can waive these. They were not disclosed. The phone representatives cannot change this. - we were charged over 800 dollars for a phone I was told by a phone representative would be free because even though I offered to trade in at the location the associate said it was not necessary. (a blatant lie). -we were charged 35 dollars on the statement which I was told would be waived by calling in. (this was another misrepresentation). On every level and every time we have attempted to amend, the other stores cannot help. The store still needs to fill out a "PCA form, and plan correction form". Nothing has been offered to be reimbursed. We have been trying to reach a manager and three times shown up, told he would call us (again he did not), and that he would be in tomorrow. Abysmal service, absolutely a shameful experience. read more

I purchased the new iPhone and needed help getting all my information transferred over to it from my old phone, and a screen protector added (I drop my phone constantly, don't judge lol). Despite the place being slammed for only 2 employees, the service I received from Adam was stellar. He legitimately was assisting 5 people all at the same time in order to get things moving, and his positive attitude and expertise really shone through. I truly appreciated him taking the time to work with us all vs just one at a time, as many of us had issues with uploading lag time - otherwise it would've been a loonnnngggg wait (as I've experienced with other stores before). His ability to multi-task with all the patrons was truly impressive. Great shop, great service - come check it out! read more

All these reviews lie . For this is a 3rd party store so they charge different the Verizon . 2 they messed up and gave me the wrong storage quantity phones . I went in with my phone to this location, yesterday. Avery was great to work with! I needed to find out why my phone was draining power in a way it hasn't before. I went to this Verizon with the hopes of adding my parents to an existing plan and had the expectation that we were going to be sold some newer expensive plan and have to be in there for hours but WOW it ended up being a great experience! Matt helped us get the two new lines set up and actually configured our plan in a way that ended up improving the cost of an older plan. My parents are so happy with their new phones and the family plan. The overall experience was so pleasant. Highly recommend calling in to make an appointment with Matt if you need new lines or a new phone! read more

Switching over one's 5 year old phone can be a tedious process (especially during these crazy times), but Tammy went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience yesterday. Not only did she alert me right away when the phone I wanted came into stock, she was so patient even though my old phone took over an hour to transfer data.
