Something is very strange about this place and I have a hard time trusting them. No paperwork to confirm what is/isn't working before the repair, so if they damage your phone there is no guarantee that they will fix it. No paperwork with any information about a warranty. Very suspicious that they don't provide any documentation of the phones functionality before/after repairs and no documentation concerning a warranty. Very concerning business practice when you're working with expensive and highly personal devices.

After waiting until 11:30 still no one showed up. Finally he picked up his phone after calling about 5 separate times (borrowing a phone every time to call). He told me he was just leaving and he would get in by 12pm. There is another kiosk right down the mall I didn't know about until I passed them. They fixed my phone in 15 minutes. Please do yourself a favor and find another business that respects your time.
