I work in phone repair. I have had multiple clients come from this place with problems after having their phones repaired here. Something is very strange about this place and I have a hard time trusting them. No paperwork to confirm what is/isn't working before the repair, so if they damage your phone there is no guarantee that they will fix it. No paperwork with any information about a warranty. Very suspicious that they don't provide any documentation of the phones functionality before/after repairs and no documentation concerning a warranty. Very concerning business practice when you're working with expensive and highly personal devices. read more

I didn't use their services because they were unable to show up to their store to open. I arrived at 10am (when it says online they open) and after half hour of waiting I borrowed someones phone to call and they person said they would open at 11am. After waiting until 11:30 still no one showed up. Finally he picked up his phone after calling about 5 separate times (borrowing a phone every time to call). He told me he was just leaving and he would get in by 12pm. There is another kiosk right down the mall I didn't know about until I passed them. They fixed my phone in 15 minutes. The worst service and merchandise repair! I had my IPhone 6plus screen repaired after it was done the owner mentioned to me I had a 6 month warranty on my screen if breaks or cracks to bring it back and they will replace it for free b/c of the warranty. It started to crack and I only had it maybe 3 weeks. It was replaced with a defective cheap screen. And to top it all off the screen when you try to push on the screen it sometimes does not work. You have to keep trying to push on the screen. He did not do a good job with their service and they replace them with cheap & generic merchandise that does not last long at all! If I pay a business $70 or more I expect my service and my merchandise to be effective for a long period of time. I did not bring my iPhone to be repaired to this business for free.... He is a big time scammer/liar and not a very pleasant man who is running an establishment. I disputed my charges for failure of merchandise service and defective product. And got my $70 credit back from my credit card company. They will deal with him and get their money back from them.I think as a customer who paid "full price" for service which, you did not take it there for free. I would not recommend this place. There are a list of things that bothered me about this place. First he quoted us less than he tried to charge us. He said it was the tax, but you either need to specify that in your quote or add it in to the total price. Second, as soon as we picked up the iPad, the home button was sticking and not working properly. Than a few days later the entire screen popped off, when my daughter tried to put the screen back on it cracked all over the place. I called and asked him to fix this, as the screen should not have come off in the first place, and he said because its cracked he wont fix it. Therefore, he does not back his work or the replacement parts he uses. We will not be coming back here and hope you save your money by not going here as well. I went in to get it replaced.. i was told they were out of stock for my screen protector (pixel 2 xl).. the guy took my name and number and said they would call me as soon as it came in (it was on order).. 2 months go by. i go in again.. different guy says the same thing.. wrote down my name and number AGAIN.. wait wait.. another month goes by, i go in.. get told the same thing.. i start calling.. then going in.. i have left my name and phone number at least 7 times and now a year has almost past and they still do NOT have my replacement screen.. Came to get my screen repaired. Took him twice as long than he had promised. Then, went to pick up the phone and the home button didn't work. End of story, he had to put the original (broken) screen back on, the screen did not function at all at this point, and I had no home button. And to top it all off, he overcharged me $80!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD --- FUCK THESE PEOPLE. I'll keep it short and simple, usually I don't care to write reviews but in this case, hopefully I can save people hundreds of dollars. I had a cracked screen on an iPhone 5c - fully functional touchscreen, just wanted a cosmetic fix. Brought it into the Puyallup Cell Axs and they replaced the screen horribly. Took it home and the screen started freaking out and opening apps and typing on its own to the point where I couldn't use the phone. Brought it back the next day because they have a "100% satisfaction guarantee" which they clearly do not honor. The same employee that botched my phone took it to see what the issue is, and while the phone was spazzing out, he says "I don't see a problem... If this happens in 7 days 30 days bring it back." They won't exchange it, they won't even take the screen back and give me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING, unless you want awful customer service from people who barely speak English. read more

ZERO stars. This sorry excuse for a business needs to be shut down. I took my phone here to be fixed. (White iPhone 6s) and when I went to pick it up they handed it back to me with a black screen. When I told them I was not ok with the black screen they completely freaked out on me asking questions like "why do you care?" And "it's just a color". The "owner" as he called himself, Rocky, was completely out of line with how he treated and talked to me. And the little girl he had working with him was even worse literally yelling at me. Do not go here for repairs. My wife took her iPhone 5 here to get the cracked screen replaced. They replaced the screen in about twenty minutes and sent her on her way. She got home and took her phone out of her purse and it was shut off. She thought that was odd so she turned it back on and the battery said 9% (which was odd because it had just read 75%). She connected it to a charger and the phone got extremely hot and shut off. Now it shuts off and on and the screen is discolored. She tried to call this company but they were closed already. She left numerous messages with no call backs. We went there today to see if they could resolve this issue. They said they don't guarantee their work, only the part that they replace. We told them that we didn't have this issue before we brought the phone to get repaired and we just want our phone to operate the way that it used to. They said that we have to take it to apple to get fixed and we are out of luck. Asshats!!! After much discussion and arguing we got a partial refund and her phone is still broken. read more

Took my iPhone to get a cracked screen repaired. They said it would be a hour so I go back & when they give me my phone with new screen it won't turn on anymore. The guy claims he can fix it so another hour goes by & still no luck. He then tells me to come back tomorrow to try again (place was closing & meanwhile I'm phone less) I go back the next day (by the way I already paid for this service) & 1 more hour...no luck. Come back for a 3rd day they say so the assistant manager can look at it. SURPRISE she's not there & I have to go back again. I tried taking it to apple & they told me that whoever had it broke it & that they voided the warranty on it so now they won't touch it. LOVELY! Well 4 days later of no phone we FINALLY get it to the manager who says the screen must have been defective & that she'd order me a new one that would hopefully come in a few days. Ok at this point I've lost it! I semi-cuss her out & storm off. A couple days goes by & she finally gets a new screen that works. I pick up my phone, everything is good then I ask her if there was some type of discount or anything for all the trouble I've gone through & since they broke my phone I shouldn't have had to pay $70 for a service that should have only taken 1 hour. She told me that of course I would pay full price because I paid to get my cracked screen fixed & she fixed it. When I asked to speak to her manager she fed me some BS about how she doesn't know when he'll be in or how to get ahold of him. I will never go back here ever again. read more
