I was greeted with a smile from the two employees, Adolfo and Hannah, and knew from there, they were gonna help me to the best of their ability. After I told them what device I was looking for and that I was on a budget, they got me on a leasing plan for only $88 dollars down! They explained the plan very well and saved me from having to spend a thousand dollars. Several months have passed now and i was greeted with the same hello, by the two same people! I came home with some new airpods and the visit was just as great! Over the next couple of hours they called me with conflicting information: they had the phone, but the order had not been made; finally, Jeff the manager called to tell me they had both the phone and the part. At that point I had whiplash from all I'd heard from them. I asked for my phone back without the repair, which they did. However, they returned my phone to me without the SIM card.

They also gave me credit for donation my old cell phone. My only con: I wish there had been more active floor models to sample. If you change carriers Verizon will keep any…read moremoney left on the account and will not refund it I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How there theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method, they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this is happening.

The store was slammed and he was busting his tail to serve every one. Part of the reason the store was "slammed" is that an elderly couple had a problem with a phone they purchased 6 months ago and were just now getting the problem resolved. To be fair, they were two very difficult people to deal with too. (my observation). Yet Barry handled them in a very courteous manner while dealing with tech support on the phone who I suspect were not the most patient. Again, Barry showed the patience of Job! It was a wait. And for not having back up for the sales staff, I took a star off from the store from what I would have given had the service been more prompt. (not Barry's fault).
