I had to call my current carrier to ask them to release my number. Bring some water in case you get thirsty. They didn't install the Sim card in my phone just sent me on my way without clear instructions about when to install it. The rep also did not tell me no refunds on a prepaid service if my number failed to port. They didn't even tell me that when I was handed a receipt there is no refund. I was greeted with a smile from the two employees, Adolfo and Hannah, and knew from there, they were gonna help me to the best of their ability. After I told them what device I was looking for and that I was on a budget, they got me on a leasing plan for only $88 dollars down! They explained the plan very well and saved me from having to spend a thousand dollars. Several months have passed now and i was greeted with the same hello, by the two same people! I came home with some new airpods and the visit was just as great! So in short, if you are looking for a electronics, and a good time with some great people, The Phone Guys will help make you laugh and get you the Item that you need!

    Don't let them refer you to Federal Way for a battery replacement for an IPad and they lie to you…read more They said that Federal Way techs are the only ones in the area who replaces batteries. That is not true. I found a different, honest person today at a company in Olympia because my battery inside the IPad had disconnected. The new tech opened the IPad up and found that the battery was not even installed with the screws or adhesive, which is standard installation. The clear film was not taken off. It was just floating around and The Phone Guys also bent some of the contacts inside of the case. Also, I had to wait for 4 hours for them to complete the job. The Phone Guys in Lacey lied, and the Phone Guys in Federal Way did not know what they were doing, and did a terrible job. Don't go there if you want an honest interaction and don't go there if you want a job done right.

    i have a BIG problem with the staff at your Lakewood store.010417 Gravelly Lake Dr)…read more so my wife went in on Feb 21st to upgrade her phone. she had a Samsun A12 and wanted to Upgrade to the A15. we fell a little short at the time and told the sales associate that we would take another phone AS LONG AS IT HAD MORE MEMORY THAN THE A12. the sales associate assured us the phone she recommends (the Samsung 04) would be the one, being that it had more memory. WE ASKED HER 3 TIMES IF IT ACTUALLY HAD MORE MEMORY AND SHE SAID YES. (we will come back to this point later.) we let them know that this is a TEMPORARY upgrade, being that in 2 weeks we will return and actually get the A15 and whatever phone she gets that day will be (the 04) would be MY upgrade. we would switch everything over and it will be fine. fast forward to yesterday (March 6th) we go in to do the upgrade to my wifes a12 to the a15. we find out the the 04 was NOT an upgrade to the a12,in fact it was a DOWNGRADE. now mind you if we would have known that on the 21st WE WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN IT. IT ON THE INSISTENCE OF THE SALES AGENT THAT WE GOT THE PHONE. so she basically lied to get the sale. so while in store i personally call customer service and let them know what was going on, because at this point i wanted a refund. i will NOT be stuck with a downgraded phone. why should i be? the customer service agent said they will notate my account and the problem will be resolved. cool SO TODAY. i go in the store. and i figured a refund would be needed just take the cost of my items and apply them to my account as a credit so that when i'm actually ready to do my upgrade everything will be there. so the manager was NOT trying to cooperate with me, she REFUSED to give me a refund or apply a credit. the actual sales associate that told my wife to get the phone was there and she wanted to spend 10 minutes arguing with me the manager TOLD ME TO SELL THE 04 ON FACEBOOK!!!! really???? this is how you treat your customers. then they BOTH STARTED SPEAKING SPANISH TO EACH OTHER ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. I am African American, and I found that HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! but I digress.. i called customer service again and the sales associate argued with THEM. so customer service told them to call dealer services, and the associate told them that it would do no good since they only deal with networks and not phones. this was one of the WORST customer experiences i have EVER dealt with. all i want is to NOT be stuck with this phone. the phrase i kept hearing all morning is "upgrades are non-refundable" i get that, but what if the phone is NOT an upgrade?? all a want is a PROPER upgrade, not to be talked down to, treated with some respect and dignity and to have this situation rectified. the fact that the associate lied to get sale is bad enough but the NOBODY wants to fix the situation. it took my wife an hour to talk me out of cutting off the service all together.

First time I brought a new unlocked phone from target to add to my plan. After an hour and a half the employee "couldn't" get the physical sim or esim to "work" and told me to return it to target and buy it from them instead. He also pushed his music onto me; asking what streaming music service I use and asked me to look up his single. He was also browsing Facebook "dupont singles club" while "waiting" on whatever he was "trying" to get the phone to do. Another location was able to get the phone up and running with esim within MINUTES. My husband told me in hindsight he was just trying to make a sale to get me to get the phone from him. Second time we went to try and get information on what we needed to do to cancel our lines and get a "transfer pin" for new service. He said there was nothing he could do. Upon calling customer service it's a simple pin you can get from the tmobile app. How does this guy literally know nothing about phones and service? While working here? Best of luck on the music industry side or dating.
