I've been a customer with AT&T more than 6 years, I came to this location to purchase 2 phone the guy was helping me, I asked him if I can look at the new phone from the bottom he said can't take them off I said no problem, I set with him to get ready to purchase them, the lady took them out like I was gonna steal them, I asked her why you didn't let me see them she said go to the Apple Store, she doesn't know how to talk to people really having a terrible attitude, I went to the different AT&T down the street 5100 Capital Blvd Ste 100 Raleigh, NC 27616 they are very helpful. Returned to get a new phone for myself. Worker seemed disinterested in helping me. She seemed more interested in eating her lunch and telling me I couldn't trade in my phone for anything. I left after 5 minutes and won't be returning. read more

Needed a new SIM Card (4 yo) for my iPhone...part of a figuring out what's going on with my phone...called the store and spoke with Yvonne to see if that was possible at her store and what time they closed. Yes very doable, wouldn't take long. Said I was going to do an update and then come by. Got there about 7:30 pm. She was already home but TJ was there and was aware I had called. So we started the process...TJ was somewhat (since August) and so he called Yvonne to get assistance walking through the process. Somewhat frustrating because she was driving and couldn't stop at the time which might have been easier. Because this location is not a corporate store there was a coupon that was necessary so I would get it free instead of something like $85. So that took more time. Long story short TJ, with Yvonne's help, got the card replaced at no charge to me and I was there about half an hour. read more

Just left this location. My husband and I weren't even in there for FIVE minutes due to the guy in there not paying attention to us at all. Went in to get information about switching from Verizon to at&t and the whole time he never made eye contact due to him playing games on his Phone. Literally didn't seem interested to help us out we even asked about three times "what specials do you guys have or what are your prices" & he pretty much didn't care. Friendly service, takes cell phone bills easily. Parking lot is a bit crowded when I come in the mid afternoon, but it's convenient to work. The store is always neat, clean, quiet and never have had to wait long (maybe I've just been lucky both times I've gone.) read more

Absolutely horrible service unless your fond of being ignored, excessive eye-rolls, and my personal favorite a bad attitude. I didn't get the woman's name but she was obviously annoyed when asked to stop gossiping with a fellow employee and acknowledge me. I stood in the middle of the store for more than 5 minutes before I was greeted and then only after I interrupted the gossip fest. Rude rude rude and so unprofessional. I left and went promptly to Best Buy to purchase my new iPhone 12, a new Apple Watch and a 12" iPad. Too bad you were to busy to help me mean lady at AT&T. There are plenty of people, right now, who would be grateful to have your job and plenty of other Cellular companies who would appreciate my business. read more

Definitely one of the worst AT&T retail store. As a new customer, they have ordered my home internet service and told me that installation fee is 100% waived. I have received a bill later that month with $99 installation fee. I drove to store and call them multiple times and the only response is that we will call you back in 24 hours. NEVER received a call back from this store. As a new AT&T customer, this was my worst experience to deal with this retail store. Finally, I visited an official AT&T store and they fixed the issue and waive the installation fee. read more

Just want to start off saying, this felt like the week from hell. My parents decided to switch phone plans from Verizon to AT&T. The way I found out they were switching was due to my phone being cut off while I was at work. I immediately went to the closest AT&T store and George helped me. He was very knowledgeable and kind and helped calm me down and try to figure out the situation and what happened. The issue was my phone number was linked to my dads phone in charlotte. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of the story. Not only did I spend hours on Friday at AT&T, but I had to go back on Saturday, and Sunday, and then spend another 6 hours on Monday. My last day there was on Tuesday. And even though George wasn't there on some of the days, I felt so cared for by Tia who understood the situation and took full charge of it. Verizon made it a huge mess switching over to AT&T, but the customer care and service that AT&T has is incredible. AT&T credited my account since I had to deal with all the hassle, and even let me cry in their store when my phone finally worked. They went through our bill to make sure we were getting the absolute best deals that were available. I loved the way they treated me through out the process and how they were so caring and wanted the absolute best for me. I wish I could do more than just write a Yelp review, but this store and their customer care made me a member for life. Thank you guys again so much. 9th time is a charm!!! read more

Stay away from this store. Terrible customer service and will attempt to 'upsale' you every possible ATT product in the store. Recently took advantage of my wife when selling her an iPhone. This is not an entity of AT&T but rather an 'authorized' retail store. Go to the ATT on Capital for issues you may have with ATT. Once this store sells you want they want, they are useless. Spoke with both regional manager and local store manager and neither were willing or able to solve my problem even after committing they would do so several days earlier. read more

George at AT&T is the most helpful person. AT&T is my carrier so when my iPhone screen went dark, I didn't know what to do. The phone was working but I could not access because the dark screen. George sensed my distress and although he would have loved to resolve my phone issue, directed me to the Apple store in the mall. He went so far as to print out directions for me to follow as I am new to the area and without access to my phone had no idea where the mall was. This customer service went far beyond the ordinary. George is terrific... what an excellent representative for AT&T. He deserves kudos. Thanks a lot George !! read more

I went in here last week to upgrade my phone and had a great experience. They were slow so all 4-5 employees were helping me out. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgable about their phones and plans. I told everyone as I was leaving that they were very cool and helpful and that I usually dread going into a phone store because it's like buying a car (lots of sales pitching, BSing, etc.) but I had a great experience here and appreciated their help. read more

This is an authorized AT&T retail store. One of the guys here is really knowledgeable and helpful. Not overly sales-y, but obviously an AT&T store. Bottom line: nothing extraordinarily pleasant, but nothing all that annoying... so it gets 4 stars for being just okay, given that there are so many unpleasant cell provider retailers out there. :) read more

Came in today to help a friend with trading in his old phone for a new one with store credit and we were greeted by George immediately. We sat down, explained what we needed help with and he was very attentive and interacted very well. I wasn't planning on getting a new phone today but thanks to George, that was a thing.
