We were helped by Victoria and Andrea, who offered us a "special discounted" home internet deal. It sounded great at first, but it quickly turned into a mess. We were given three completely different prices for the same service, and none of them matched what they originally promised. The dishonesty and confusion were unbelievable. When I tried to get clarification, Andrea suddenly walked away and said she wasn't going to help me because "she had nothing to do with it." After that, another employee came over -- even ruder and more disrespectful -- and gave my family and me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The tone, attitude, and complete lack of care were disgusting. We ended up leaving the store without a phone for my son, and what should have been a fun birthday memory turned into a day he'll never forget for all the wrong reasons -- watching his mom be lied to, dismissed, and treated with zero respect. I even canceled my home internet afterward because the "great deal" they offered was nothing but false promises. The employees at this location -- Victoria, Andrea, and the other rude associate -- have no professionalism, no empathy, and no respect for customers. I don't drop my phone, I don't mishandle it--it just breaks out of nowhere. The one that broke today even cut me when it shattered. On top of that, they overcharge like crazy. The prices here are ridiculous compared to what you can get on Amazon or other places. And to make it worse, the customer service is not the best. There's a tall, big guy who works there, and he is extremely rude. It's honestly not worth dealing with the attitude, the overpriced products, or the risk of getting hurt. I'm writing this review after visiting the store twice and waiting in store for over an hour again just to return equipment. Now they do offer appointments, but let me tell you that I have watched more than a few of those people check-in and wait a considerable amount of time beyond their appointment time to be seen, and this is another indicator that something needs to be fixed. The process here is broken, and quite apparently inefficient and not designed with customer experience in mind. The entirety of my transaction took 5 minutes and could have easily been processed numerous times during the hours I spent standing around. This was made even more apparent after watching all of the associates repeatedly wander the store, in and out the backroom, and stop to check in on the same customers standing around waiting for updates and data migrations to complete on their devices, all while there's a store full of customers waiting, many of whom are obviously there for the same reason as I. At one point a manager/leader approached me and mentioned I'd been waiting quite a while, so I explained what I needed to do and he made no offer to help expedite the process. The solution is simple. Keep a register open just for equipment returns and make a policy that anyone walking in with equipment be served in between walk-ins and appointments as associates are freed up.

This Apple Store has never let me down. Great service, experience, and products all around…read more I've visited here for MacBook service, product purchases, and just to shop. It's an Apple Store, so for the most part you know what to expect, but every once and awhile they have some fun non-Apple branded accessories. The value of Apple products is arguably poor in some instances, but I think the products are superior to many other brands you can buy, especially when it comes to laptops. The only downside of this store is that there can often be a wait to checkout or get service. I would highly recommend an appointment if you know you'll need service or if you're making a large purchase with lots of questions. There was one instance here where an employee argued with me whether a product existed or not, surprise... I was right! Other than that all of the employees have been great here. This being the only Apple Store in the area makes it a specialty store for sure, but still a great store offering a great experience.

The age old adage "you get what you pay for" holds true for Apple's support after the sale. My phone is four years old, ancient by today's standards, but they still support it no questions asked. The store had the machine in stock, and I appreciated that an associate brought it out to my car for me. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there wasn't a display model available to see before purchasing, and the customer service was fairly average. Overall, a smooth transaction and I'm looking forward to using my new Ninja.

He was very fast to transfer the data to his new phone. Very pleasant conversation about questions my brother had about the new phone. He was also quite patient. This location is very different compared to the previous T-Mobile location. I learned this is a corporate location. Most other locations are 3rd party. The next day we went back as my brother wanted a new Bluetooth speaker. This time around, Paul helped us. What a professional young man with a great personality. He ensure he played all 3 speakers my brother was interested in buying. Again a great experience all around!
