    11/29/25- Finally pulled the plug and got the new IPhone 17 Pro max- 512 gb.. I think if my trip to Japan wasn't around the corner, I could have waited for the 18.. I loved my old 14 pro max - Ordered day after Thanksgiving and scheduled to pick up today- Went ahead of my scheduled appt. Staff - which we had several helping us at different stages.. They transferred my phone with no problems-. Had them transfer the hubby's 12 Pro max to my 14 Pro max- but found out his phone setting was not set to sync to the cloud- Luckily he doesn't have as many photos as me- so they were able to do a phone to phone transfer.. Just under two hours and even sat in a class- pretty fun stuff! Staff is very passionate and knowledgeable !

    I don't understand the three star rating here. Every time we come here we get great service that goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist us as we seem to struggle with technology changes. We make an appointment in advance, they are prepared for us when we arrive, they are doing training sessions that are both entertaining and informative while we wait for our updates to load into whatever our new phone or iPad might be and we never go away, thinking we didn't have a good experience. Every time we come here, we have a positive experience.

    Visiting Reno for the week and had some extra time available so I booked a Daily Session at Apple Shayden Summit "Taking Charge of Your Privacy on iPhone". The sessions are FREE so can't beat that value! My battery was low and an employee offered me a charger to use during the session - what great service! Jose presented the session and I learned SO MUCH! It was packed with some great information. I appreciated it so much that I returned 2 hours later for the Photography Workshop - also FREE! I didn't spend one dime at this Apple store today yet left with so much education about how to use my iPhone smarter! I highly recommend this store and Jose! Thank you for this valuable learning opportunity!

    I stopped by the Apple Store specifically to check out the new iPhones. Right as I walked in, I was greeted by team members who were friendly and ready to help. This location is spacious and well laid out, clearly designed to handle large crowds--and it does so very efficiently. Being the only Apple Store in the Reno area, it gets busy, especially during product launches. But as expected from Apple, they had a smooth system in place for the new iPhone release. There was a line wrapping around the store, and the staff was moving through it quickly and efficiently. Every time I've had an appointment here, they've been right on time and got me in and out quickly. The products are beautifully displayed, making it easy for anyone to come in and test things out hands-on before making a decision. I really appreciate that you can browse freely--usually one team member will check in to offer help, but you're welcome to explore on your own too. Today I decided to skip the line and will be placing my order online for in-store pickup. Pro tip: Make an appointment before coming in. This store serves all of Reno and the surrounding areas, so it's usually busy--especially on weekends.

I pay them $425 a month for my family phones and the store offered a promo "free IPAD and apple watch" with a phone upgrade 15 months ago. I took advantage of the promo and they took advantage of me. They charged me full price for these devices and I got ripped off to the tune of about $1000. At least 10 trips to the store to speak with the store manager and multiple calls to corporate customer service did not help. 2nd strike: A year ago I also asked them to suspend the line (turn it off) on one of the IPADS. They only suspended the device (so it didn't work anymore like you do to a naughty teenager) but they kept charging me and I didn't notice until now. They blamed me because I used the word "suspend" and they would not concede even though there has been no usage for a year. Silly me, I should have noticed on the bill and I didn't, but bottom line, I'm done with ATT after 30 years. I recommend you find another provider.

We were helped by Victoria and Andrea, who offered us a "special discounted" home internet deal. It sounded great at first, but it quickly turned into a mess. We were given three completely different prices for the same service, and none of them matched what they originally promised. The dishonesty and confusion were unbelievable. When I tried to get clarification, Andrea suddenly walked away and said she wasn't going to help me because "she had nothing to do with it." After that, another employee came over -- even ruder and more disrespectful -- and gave my family and me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The tone, attitude, and complete lack of care were disgusting. We ended up leaving the store without a phone for my son, and what should have been a fun birthday memory turned into a day he'll never forget for all the wrong reasons -- watching his mom be lied to, dismissed, and treated with zero respect. I even canceled my home internet afterward because the "great deal" they offered was nothing but false promises. The employees at this location -- Victoria, Andrea, and the other rude associate -- have no professionalism, no empathy, and no respect for customers. Upon arrival the 2 associates were busy with customers and 2 other walk in customers were waiting. I checked in on the app for my appointment and it showed there we 2 walk ins waiting and I was next in queue due to me having an appointment. At 11:30 the first associate finished with their customer and came over to those of us waiting to inquire who was next. One of the walk ins stated they arrived first, at which time I stated I had an appointment at 11:00 am. The associate told me there were only 2 of them working on this day, therefore they would not honor any appointments. When I asked the associate what having 2 associates had to do with honoring appointments, he couldn't answer me. I then asked why they accept appointments if they aren't going to honor them, again he had no response. I then clarified that I had made an appointment days ahead of time, yet I was going to be treated as a walk in, and thus my appointment had zero value, and the associate stated yes that is the case. I do not understand the rationale, but I am now looking at which carrier I will be moving me service to.

Time to see what other plans might be a better fit for me/us. But because we are business customers, they have to email the representative to get back to us. So I will update their review after hearing back from the NV Business representative. Update - Sadly, NO surprise, but no one called us... My experience with Corporate TMobile has been fairly poor. And I noticed that the plan I signed up for 2 years ago has all been changed?!?! The good news is that I believe it changed for the better...? Atmosphere - Small location. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm and onSundays from 10am to 6pm. Service - 5 stars. Two team members and two customers ahead of us. They helped the two customers and us in a timely fashion. In and out within half an hour. We actually got the manager helping us today. Corporate TMobile service = 1-2 stars.... Price - We will see what they can do for us. Online, new plans range from $21 to $42 a month. Owner Comment - Congrats on TMobile's success since 1994 with your 20k+ locations.

    We went in to get two new phones and check out their internet. We were with Sprint for years and…read morethey merged with T-mobile. So all together it was a long time. The guy seemed a little new and he kept having to get help from the girl that worked there. He was working the numbers on two new phones and we ended up in a contract for two years and we only had to pay tax which was high because it was based on two $800 phones. Then we asked about their internet service and decided to add that to the plan. We saved a little money there on the monthly bill. We get two weeks to try it out and then after that we are locked in. So far so good with the internet. My main issue is that we were stuck there for 3 hours. Our son and wife were with us and they were stuck there because we drove with them. It just went on and on and he was on the phone with someone for awhile. They need to streamline this process if they want future business. No one want to spend that much time standing there waiting for the service they are paying for. Next time we will go to a corporate store.
