Good luck getting cell phone service through ATT. I do well to get 1-2 bars around here. Most of the time, I have No Signal. Also DO NOT GET ATT INTERNET!!! They have been scamming people moving into apartments. They offer Internet 25 for $50, but when the technician comes out, they only give you Internet 25 (25 MBps). Thankfully I am able to use my cell phone's data in my apartment, because the internet ATT downgraded me to won't even load the ATT page! I cancelled my plan 2 days ago after learning that they broke contract and yesterday received a fraudulent bill for $170! They said that I would receive no charges, as they were at fault for breaching contract and falsely advertising Internet 25 for my property. read more

The salesman was decent but the iPhone 5c I bought broke (swelled battery) within 14 days and they would not exchange or give my money back despite what the salean told me. I went to the apple store and they swapped it out hassle free. Don't shop here. Go to the apple store or the att store in sugar land town center. read more

As follow-up to my posting several months ago, the experience only got worse from here. After going through the proper channels and returning my items, I received a bill for $2100 (the cost of the phones). It turns out that the ATT store never returned my phones for credit -- they kept them. This was even after paying my $90 re-stocking fee. When inquiring about this bill, I come to find out that the Store Manager Mumtaz "Taz" was fired along with the associate I was also dealing with, Octavio. At this point, I am unsure if it was all related or not. In any case, I pleaded with the Store Manager to help get this issue resolved. In no way shape or form should I have been billed for these phones. I spoke with the new Store Manager Kantrell? (sic) and he indicated that he would get back with me and research. Weeks went by. Weeks! No phone call. No follow-up. My phone calls went un-returned from this dreadful place. Each time I called, I was told that I would get a call back, to no avail. Kantrell was no more helpful than the other individuals I initially dealt with -- all the same. Then, I received a call from a collection agency indicating that I owe $2100. I immediately disputed the charges. I spent hours of my busy day gathering documentation, notes, phone conversations, etc. and provided this information to the service so that it could be properly disputed and investigated. ATT was absolutely no help. They kept referring me back to the ATT store that I purchased from, in which case, the ATT store was also uncooperative. Yesterday, after months of getting nowhere, I received a call from ATT Disputes and they finally credited my account. What a nightmare from the get-go. This is truly par for the course. This store has failed on so many levels -- ultimately, it starts at the top! read more

I came here at 5:55pm Sunday evening and fk boi Eddie rodriguez approached with a look of disgust. I understand its 5 min to close but this is a field in which customer service should be a priority. I wanted to upgrade a phone and knew which one I was getting. He said I couldn't upgrade bc primary account holder wasn't present..he didn't even give me a chance or offered me an option (note we've done this before and all it took was a phone call to get an approval) . He completely shut me down and told me that those other places did it wrong. I myself have worked as a server for 10 years and have had people come in 5-10 min before closing and not once gave them bad service. This is unacceptable and corporate will hear about this. read more

I went in to the Rosenberg ATT store to inquire about Direct TV service. Particularly, I wanted to get the channel that has the Houston Astros baseball games. The salesman signed me up for the Choice package and told me more than once it would carry the Astros. After searching on Direct TV's website, channel 674 only comes with the Premium package at $110/ month, then $189 after the first year of a two year committment. The salesman gave me his contact information so I texted him about the Astros channel, no reply, then I called and left a message, no response. Thanks for nothing Direct TV and ATT. read more

Ok AT&T consumers I need your help. I have been with AT&T all my life. My parents used them I started using them. I have all my communication and entertainment through them. Well they messed up and took money out of an account that was deleted from there records or so I thought from the email confirmation I recieved. It caused a huge amount of issues with that account I called there customer service for help to rectify the issue on Wednesday they blew me off and never called me back. I called customer retention and they flat out said they were not going to help even if I have the documentation showing they tried to take money with out approval and caused the issues. So I got online and researched AT&T executives and found and email and direct contact to AT&T CEO. Should I send a email first or call right away. Help me make this viral because if they are doing it to me then who else are they doing this to. Ok so now I have sent an email to Randall Stephenson and called. Again today they withdrew $181.77 causing a Nsf fee of $34 dollars. This accounted was supposedly deleted on the 22 of July how are they still drawing from it unauthorized. read more

They lie. I was an existing ATT uverse and Internet customer for YEARS without a contract. I came to this place and they promised an upgrade without my bill changing. Well it went up. I called ATT CS to see what they could do about it, they refused to match what the store said even though I had a business card with the amount and details that the employee gave me. I went back to the store, the guy who helped me went to the back to get a manager, he came back with the story that the manager was at lunch (3pm) I gave him all my info to give to manager. I have not heard from him since I went. ATT said that they had put me on a contract and they would not let me go, after a lot of bitching, and since they could not get a hold of the manager, they let me go without termination fees. Too bad that for Internet in certain areas, the law allows monopolies--I had to go with infinity, hopefully they have changed since they went by Comcast. read more
