    I tried to call & talk to the manager who was overwhelmed and couldn't help.

    On December 30, 2021 I went in to this location to transfer 5 lines from another carrier. I upgraded FIVE phones. The sales rep was new & the assistant manager who was originally helping us was chiming in. When only 2 phones arrived we returned to the location to activate as instructed because we had a few details that needed help. The assistant was out with Covid so we sat with our sales rep. This new sales man was so eager to just get rid of us, he carelessly did not listen - once brought to his attention that a line was not working he blamed my son & said go to the corporate store. (30 minutes away) We went to the corporate store & they were able to fix it. Three days later, all phones were deactivated due to his lack of care in ensuring the correct process of activation took place. I spent six hours on the phone with corporate & they could not undo what he did. AGAIN I had to take a trip to the corporate store to get it fixed. Nearly 21 days later & the issue he caused is still not resolved. But he already received a HEFTY commission off my family. Do not shop here. Go to the corporate store in Brandon. It's worth the trip for the knowledge, experience & care. I was the FOURTH person there yesterday who Sun City store sent. Save yourself the aggravation & just start at the Brandon corporate store. This Franchise/authorized dealer is not here for customer service.

    Winston was extremely RUDE and impatient with my 93 yr old grandmother who came in to learn about her new phone. She is not one to ask for help so this was a big task even getting my grandmother to come to the store for tech help. Winston berated her and made her feel stupid. She was an award winning author and professor and is more than capable of comprehending instructions. Maybe it was a rough day for Winston but he should NEVER treat any customer in that manner. My grandmother left the store dejected and has since switched to Verizon.

    Great store, would recommend it to anyone for phone service. The employees took their time explaining everything, and we're very helpful.

The people at Verizon / Russell Cellular, 3848 Sun City Blvd , STE 106 were terrible. They give you the wrong information, wrong prices, order the wrong product for you and refuse to change their mistake without another huge bill..Totally unprofessional and absolutely no customer service. There is very little to no inventory on what product you want etc . We went back to the store to get a copy of our receipt and they refused us in The Managers words "it ain't gonna happen" real professional, right? I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone unless you want to be lied to and given wrong information. We finally got our bill partially corrected through Verizon Corporate but had to go through several calls to get it done. I don't think the store even knows what they're doing. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company. All they're interested in is selling a product, then you're on your own. I saw no effort or concern regarding all the issues we had. This is a terrible representation for Verizon. I'm sure I'll be returning to T-Mobile soon...also, be prepared to pay $40. per item purchased for "setup to success" and an additional $40 charged by Verizon corporate for "activation".....we were charged $320. just to get 2 phones and 2 watches activated...the Sun City store would do nothing regarding this exorbitant fee.....luckily Verizon customer service (after numerous calls) removed their portion of the 320....making the total we paid to the local store $160. for their "set up for success" fees. In addition, we were overcharged for our two new phones. RJ.
