Went into the store and they said they could only print 2. The reason we needed the bills was to for a payout reimbursement from our new company. After trying to get it through the 1800 number I went back to the store and these two awesome young guys printed it off so quickly. Other than that working with Verizon has been awful. They don't care about their customers. Why the first person couldn't print out the 3 bills really perplexes me. They close your account online immediately when you deactivate so there's no way to get the bill there.

So he said I can get you down to $140 l said great I'll do it. I trusted him so l was curious to see my bill a few month later and it's more than I paid monthly with ATT! which is way over $200. Hmm is Tmobile or the person that set me up a fraud? If I knew I would have stick with ATT. I lost 663.23 because of activation fees and they only paid for 2 of my phone and not my watch. If I were to stay with ATT I could use that 600 to payoff my 3rd line and my bill would have been 140. Do not switch to Tmobile my advice is to stay with your current provider or find a not top big 3 provider like ATT, Tmobile or Verizon they're all rip off!!!!

i want to write about the Spectrum Store in Biddeford..I had an appointment on the 14th to upgrade…read moremy phone from my crappy Motorola..Low and behold, two employees tried to access my account and they said that my account was locked (somebody tried to log in to my account too many times),.wasnt me, althought two different employees had me put in my social four times. I was told that they could'nt authenticate my account that it was locked...Can you come back this afternoon because it takes a couple of hours to unlock..I said no, I cant..so they schedule me for the 15th at 1120. We arrive and there are no customers, 5 employees standing around talking..So the young lady helping me says, I'm sorry, I can't get in to your account. It's locked. can you come back tomorrow the 16th, I said no I cant. well we need to put in a ticket to find out what is wrong...Wow...My daughter gave me her expensive phone and needless to say, I'm back with Verizon...Never had trouble with Verizon...The wind would blow and my spectrum phone would have no connection, emergency calls only, same with the snow, no connection... one more thing...Allison at the spectrum store: I asked Allison if she would be able to transfer all of my data to the upgraded phone...She says "if I can" and "ill try" what kind of friggin answer is that..

Can I give this less than a star?…read more Set up an appointment to have my battery replaced. Told it takes an hour. Brought an old iPhone 11 Pro in. Turns out appointments mean nothing at the store, phone should be ready in 2 hours. Fine. Come back. Battery installed fine but the phone didn't pass done control panel test. Essentially store broke my working phone. But will order an iPhone11 pro as a replacement for a 90 bucks. BS. I had a working phone and the store killed it. Needed a phone for travel that following Monday. Took 5 trips to store to resolve all the issues. Between the measly 40 dollars in credit they gave me, to the attitude from managers struggling their shoulders. I'm going to be switching to off iPhones after this.

Finally found some time to come back to the Apple store to finalize my purchase of a phone upgrade…read moreand a replacement laptop. I knew what I wanted, so that was streamlined. Ross met me when I walked in and put my info into his iPad and said another associate would be with me. Nobody came after a few minutes, so he came back and helped me out. I never actually upgraded my phone before because I usually use my phones until they are totally extinct and worth nothing. Ended up getting more value than I expected. When I was setting up my MacBook, just to be sure it turned on, I was seated at a table with like four or five other people and handed off to Kai, who was floating around from person to person helping them troubleshoot their new products. I was amazed with his efficiency, patience, and friendly attitude. I've not had to take anything in for repairs, so I can't speak to that, but I've been pleased with my two experiences at the Maine Mall. Thanks Ross and Kai!

They answered the phone before they were open... Now that's customer service! I scheduled an appointment right after they open, they got me in check my computer out and diagnose the issues, it appears to be a wifi-chip! Who would have thunk! While visiting today I was able to learn that iRepair is only 4-months old! They have flexible hours! They are friendly, helpful and willing to work all reasonable repairs!
