Be careful of the upselling from these guys. I went in to upgrade my wife's phone and the guy ( short young Indian guy ) offered a promotional watch but one get one etc... my wife wanted it so of course we got it. She already had a watch but it was an older model. What he didn't tell us was when you do the promotional deals and you add a new line. You can't cancel any old lines ( ie the old watch ) for 90 days. So yeah we have to continue paying service on an extra watch for the next 3 months. Or you can cancel and lose the promotional " deal " smh I swear people these days are never upfront with stuff. I'm pretty sure AT&T are fine with this type of crap. The only reason for this review is because Ali is amazing!! I got a new phone and it did not take long like it usually does. He is very personal and takes his time while being quick at his job! His customer service is literally the best I have ever experienced as long as we been with Att!! No joke!! We have been with them for many years! I always dread having to go into a Att store but he's top notch value for sure! The only thing I say is the store NEEDS new chairs!!! Avoid this location at all costs. Literally some of the laziest workers that I have ever encountered. Dude just sat in his chair as I came in, and was slouched over a table and didn't even want to sit upright. Wanted to do some custom service on my account, and he stated that they are a "franchise store not a corporate store and ran me out of the branch. Unbelievable. MJ. (Mary Joanne) is the most helpful salesperson we've every dealt with at AT&T. We didn't want to have to go to the shop but needed advice. Our experience with this store was excellent. We were greeted upon entering the building and helped right away. MJ. fixed our problem by recommending switching over to a single line unlimited and gave us advice about deleting a line that was no longer needed. She not only saved us money but also from the headache that comes with changing things up. We highly recommend trying this store. Forget the poor reviews at this location. Go here only if you want to be lied to. These reps will lie about anything to make a sell. Chubby Asian rep lied to me that upgrading to the new iPhone 11 Pro Max REQUIRED insurance $15.99 a month. I went to another location and the corporate to confirm this was a lie! She also didn't want to help transfer info from the old phone to new one. Made up excuses and didn't do it. She tried to sell screen protector and phone case. When I decline she made stupid remarks. She was just a fat lazy worker. I'll never go back to this location. This place is understaffed. Took forever to get helped. We just needed a new SIM card for my dad's phone (bought refurbished on Amazon) and we waited like 40 mins to get helped. It all started here!! I came here to upgrade after having one line and a tablet. Ended up paying for 3 iPhones and only getting 2 ahahaha. And when I called customer service they said something about an IPad (which I don't have) but I can assume whoever helped themselves to an iPhone on me did the same with the iPad ahahaha! Worst AT&T retailer store EVER. Customer service here is horrible. Looks like they just hire High School Drop outs with no Brains/ knowledge in customer serivce at all. I have got better service at burger king. I waited 30 mins standing around for a guy too help me with my phone upgrade and another guy see's me walk in and clocks out and leaves does not even say hi we will be rite with you NOOOOO. the guy helping another customer before me ignores me too for 30mins.
