Great customer service, knowledgeable reps, and positive attitudes all the time. Staff had High energy and ready to interact with customers.

First of all, the store's location is an okay part of San Antonio; not the worst and not the best. My experience at this location was great, nonetheless. When I walked in I was greeted with positive attitudes right away and got myself signed up to get a text notification when it was my turn. The wait wasn't that bad and when it came my turn, my situation was handled very smoothly. I recommend this AT&T store if they are in the area and want positive service! read more

I went to this store for some help regarding me signing up with a vendor during the Rodeo in San Antonio. Was dealing with Eddie for help and him dealing with the Store manager. I really thought these guys were going to help me but turns out when I went back to find out any news they were trying to get, they had nothing. Went to get an broken adapter exchanged. Marcus C was in charge. His customer skills straight up came out rude immature could tell he didn't care to help or be there. What a person to leave in charge. The person who sold my products I had paid with my card didn't record it with my phone number!! Make sure all is recorded on your number for warranty. Took off to T-Mobile to buy my products where great customer was there. Opted out if all!! Tired of them trying to push their bad fiber optic on me where you still have to pay more to receive fast-er internet. And where I've only heard bad reviews. Some of the worst customer service in town. Walked in the door and they have about 10 customers in the store and no one signing anyone in. There's 4 AT&T reps walking around looking at their phones a 2 of them are helping customers. If you are needing help or buying a phone stay away from this location. Over an hour wait to see a rep. To top it all off I am a AT&T Uverse customer and they're trying to tell me to I could get a better deal moving to Direct TV. read more

I switched from tmobile to at&t today thru the medical center store. The associate was unclear about how the process worked when bringing a device from another carrier, creating the most incredibly frustrating situation that had me running around town. Tmobile wouldn't help me after 10 years of loyalty. I walked into this at&t store hot and angry. I was ready to cancel and move to Verizon. Thank God I walked in and met Albert Saenz and his associate Kimberly. They calmed my Karen-crazy down. Kimberly was kind and got her manager, Albert who was willing to bend over backwards to make this situation right. He wasn't concerned with "sales' he was concerned about me as a customer and a human. After HOURS with online help, in store help at T-Mobile...THIS STORE GOT IT DONE! I came in today looking for new service after speaking online with a rep who couldn't proceed with setting up my account I was told to come in. And I was greeted and told I would be assisted shortly. I was helped by a male who asked me what I wanted to do and then asked where I live. I am from California and I was in Texas after my dad was deported here. I get asked what part I am from ....almost a quiz like vibe. Then I get a rushed quote, they hurry me into a credit check and my ID is not working for some reason. It has a lot of wear and tear though I will say that though. After about two tries he stops and I can sense where it's going...he tells me it won't work and he goes to the back to "speak to his manager for help" where they basically didn't do or talk about anything but assume I was a fraudulent customer due to my ID not working on their crappy system. I am under the impression I have an tentative account setup under my name due to my credit being ran over the phone already by a rep. He said his system crashed & I was told to come in and have my account looked up but I wasn't given a number or account #. I ask if there's a way to search my name or social to see if I might already have an account generated and they do not care to help me at this point. I believe whatever happened on the phone with that rep caused my ID not to work in store as their could've been an system interference with my information. Probably the worst AT&T experience in the 11 years I've been with them. Everything at this store was chaotic And not just the kids running around. I guess the stores now go for the "Apple experience" with no front desks or lines. It's basically a free for all and People jumping in front of each other to get listed over others. They were unable to help me with an iPhone issue and brushed me off to help someone else. Word of advice for iPhone users: Go directly to Apple or just do it over the phone and save the drive. read more

AT&T has the best phones. I bought the iPhone 4 and my wife loves her android phone. No issues with phones so far. Our sales representative was really nice and was really knowledgeable on the devices being sold. He showed us how to work our phones before we left and he explained very well how much my bill would be monthly. When we got home my wife forgot how to set an alarm for the morning.She called the rep directly from his business card and he walked her step by step within minutes. AT&T is a little bit pricier than t-mobile but it is worth it. read more
