I rarely have the time to write reviews on people or companies because of my busy life, but this is one review I don't mind writing at all. My husband and I started a new business and we were referred to Pedro and his company Becker IT Services. He came highly recommended by a colleague as someone we could ask advice regarding IT services and setting up an efficient, high-tech dental office. He kindly gave us his time and answered many questions we had. Pedro was so knowledgeable about everything. Although we are based in California, we ended up wanting to work with Pedro and his team to help set-up our office. I was nervous about hiring someone out of our area to do the work especially because of the distance, but Pedro was on top of every step of the planning, guided us through every detail, helped us through difficulties that other vendors gave us (AT&T, the contractor, property management, the list goes on and on)...Pedro and his team were the only people we hired that never gave us any issues. They were actually really fun to be around. They gave extraordinary customer service, they were friendly, hardworking, and they double checked and triple checked their work. Pedro's communication skills are amazing, he returns calls and texts quickly... he told me to hang in there when other people were driving me crazy and would even call people on my behalf when I was overwhelmed... he did late hour research on new technology we wanted to implement last minute, and he executed everything to perfection. Our staff love the office, love the technology and so do our patients. I have never had such outstanding service. If only our contractor gave us the same level of service, maybe we wouldn't be so behind in construction. If only every business knew how to provide the customer service that Pedro and his team have given us, the world would seriously be a better place with less angry customers. I own a small business with my husband, and when we needed IT and network help we decided to start looking for businesses online to help us. We always try to find companies with existing, good reviews and found Becker IT Services on Yelp. They helped us tremendously from the very beginning. Instead of charging us to come out and look at the problem, they made it a point for us to understand that they care about their clients and didn't feel the need to charge us for a visit if it was something they could maybe help us with over the phone. I don't know technology much, but my husband does. He was able to talk to the owner of Becker IT Services and find a possible solution to the problem FOR FREE. You don't find that much these days anymore! He stepped us through a possible solution to our problem. One of the computers in our office of 5 employees kept dropping off of our network. He gave us a suggestion to try and it worked! He followed-up with us multiple times over the next couple of weeks to ensure it was still working properly, and my husband plans to call back to discuss ways that we may be able to organize our office better on the IT side of things. This company and the management seem to really care about getting people's needs met in a cost-effective manner.
