    I recently had Cellairis replace the screen of my broken iPhone…read more I am a single parent, and I have two young autistic children that I care for myself. With the Coronavirus going around, it is difficult, if not impossible to take them into any business. Fortunately, Cellairis was willing to come to my house to do the screen replacement. The individual from Cellairis came to my house after normal business hours and replaced my screen while sitting in his car. And the charge was the same as if I had brought it to the store. Within 15 minutes, I had a new screen. And the technician even put a screen protector on my phone. There was no extra charge for this or for the house call. I offered more than the fee requested as a tip for the great service, but the technician refused it. Only after I insisted and suggested he use the money to go have some beers with his co-workers did he accept the extra money. I use my phone to stay connected to the outside world and use it to order take-out food, groceries, and any other supplies for the house. I was very pleased they were able to come to my house the same evening I contacted them. Hopefully I don't have a problem like this again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Cellairis again.

Her coworkers were more professional than her. As we are already waiting she is in the back doing a bunch of nothing and when she decides to surface instead of asking her teammates who is next she flocks to the next man in there and starts flirting with him jumping in front of ALLLLL the people waiting including myself. One customer ask her what is happening. She points and tell her im next. She doesnt care. I stand up and tell her im next and she should not have went out of order, she tells me she can refuse my service and goes to the next man of course and starts helping him. I am sure Spectrum does not know you are representing them this way. I will definitely be leaving reviews in all platforms changing my service and hoping corporate sees this and train "MANAGMENT" better because my experience was definitely poor and not from the workers but so called "MANAGEMENT". I walked up to the counter at the next avaliable rep and he told me he had an appt waiting, the customer that was waiting told him to help me first. Even the other customer knew they were wrong. Good customer service is hard to find. Looks like spectrum is hiring anybody. Carla Lopez would not even own her mistake, she just threatened to refuse customers service. Worst experience ever!!! At minimum MAanagement needs to be retrained because I definitely had PISS POOR SERVICE TODAY!!!

    Quality service and good people, at this store and on their customer service line…read more I'm a new customer. I'm actually an ATT customer with an iPhone but I had to get a phone for my old mom. I bought a phone that was a good fit for my mom, and I liked a plan TMobile had, but there was a problem. The new phone was locked into some sort of marketing bundle with Walmart and they couldn't activate it. So I had to buy a different phone that was compatible. I will return the other phone to Walmart. It took awhile but it was resolved. And the guy who helped me, Rolando Vela, was 5-star perfect; patient, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful - and I mean he went above and being, and he was truthful and realistic. Rolando is a person you want to do business with, regardless of profession or industry because he knows his stuff, gives extra effort, and he's genuine and personable. I had a unique situation trying to activate a phone for my mom, and He didn't try to up sell me. He did show me what I would pay if I switched from ATT, but It was presented more as an FYI, than a "you should switch" pressured sale. Ultimately. I'm happy. No regrets because I walked in with a problem and walked out with satisfactory resolution. Mom now has a working phone with an affordable plan. ROLANDO VELA = HERO. Thank you!
