this store is terrible. went in to pay a phone bill with tap pay, which is used everywhere and the worker jasmine said we could not pay like that. we went to another nearby store and payed with tap pay without any issues. either she dint want too or whatever it was but its so dumb telling us we couldnt pay like that when another at&t allowed us. She made it more complicated than it had to be and when asked to speak to someone else she literally said "they're just going to tell you the same thing i did" instead of being understanding. overall rude experience and bad costumer service. never going there again. read more

Pass this AT&T store altogether. Horrible, incompetent management. Went to get 4 new lines and they lost the contracts, sent the phones to the wrong address, inputted the wrong email and contact information. Not once. Twice. This is the management. Stay clear. read more

Went to his location hoping to add a line and a iWatch. the sales representative stated my account was under a different name and that was that. Called AT&T and that was not an issue and to bad for the store because just opened a business and have 5 employees that I'm getting phones for. Good luck to anyone else who goes there. read more

I am an AT&T girl true and true. I've had other services but they just don't compare. Especially here in San Antonio, AT&T heaven, if you're not with them, you'll find yourself without service in many spots. I digress, I went to this AT&T to service my sons cell phone. We did not receive the best service. The advisor seemed a bit annoyed and when I asked questions she made it seem as though I was wasting her time. I would not have written this review but this is the second time. Anyhow, I think they need to do a better job with servicing their customers. I would have gone to the one in Alamo Ranch but this one is closer to my home. Next time Ill make the drive. read more

We had one of the worst experiences dealing with this AT&T. We only needed a screen protector changed out on my son's phone. The girl in training looked up my phone number for the account info but I emphasized the screen protector was for my son's. She ask him for his phone number and apparently found his info. She proceeded to look on the tablet then ask the trainer some questions. He then asked us few questions about purchase date and reviewed the tablet info. He then told us he could not do it because he not verify the warranty was purchased. I couldn't understand what he meant, we had already had the screen protector changed out a few times, different AT&T store in the area, so I did not understand why they couldn't do it at this AT&T store. He proceeded to tell me that I was asking them to do something that was going to get them in trouble. Which was embarrassing because we only asked for a screen protector change under our warranty. I couldn't understand what would get them in trouble. He started saying she is in training and could get in trouble. I still didn't understand what he was saying. I don't know anything about their training. All we wanted was a screen protector changed per our warranty. He proceeded to tell me I'm telling you we can't do and you are offended! All this in front of the entire store. I told him I don't understand. He said ok ma'am we can't do something that will get us in trouble as he threw up his hands dramatically. I still was confused because I was not asking for anything to be handed to us. We had paid for the warranty and got this done quickly with other AT&T stores. He said then go back to those other AT&T stores. He even let me know he would be instructing his entire staff not to be handling warranty like this! Huh? Like what? It was very embarrassing and confusing. He was training someone to be this rude and arrogant to a customer. They need to reconsider who is training their staff. PLEASE NOTE - we went down the road to another AT&T store and had it taken care of in less than 10 minutes. No fuss, just asked for a replacement screen she looked up his number and proceeded to help us - absolutely no problem! read more

I was only in the store for a max of 15 mins and I have never seen someone be that rude that fast . Not just to me but to the actual employee who helped me. The girl who helped me was very sweet but the male that kept trying to direct her was awful attitude wise. I came in to tell them I was there just to pick up a phone . Automatically the guy started saying oh we didn't get any phone or any pick up today.i said 3 times thay the order was from 2 days ago and told them the date it wasn't until the guy said oh it's from the 12th and I said yes thats what I orginally said it was from. He ignored this no common courtesy of I'm sorry for the confusion. No just told me oh well it's lucky you came today cause it would've been cancelled today. I said that's weird i wouldn't have known that because the email doesn't say that. He than says oh well it should've and says it's not like I control the email. Honestly if that gentleman upset the manager in my opinion he shouldn't be .his customer service skills lack so much that I'd rather drive 30 mins to a different store than deal with him. Don't waste your time at this store. Absolutely awful customer service. I went in there excited to get an iPhone SE and had to throw my hands up and leave it was so bad. Couldn't answer any of my questions. Kept telling me about plans I didn't want after I told her exactly what I was looking for. Please train your employees better. Knowledge of plans, phones, pricing and smiling can go along way. I left and went to Culebra and 1604 store. Worked with Rick and he quickly and easily hooked me up with what I was looking for. read more

Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this store. Absolutely awful customer service and they will charge you fees for no reason. They are the least helpful bunch. If you like hidden fees and poor customer service, go here. If I could rate 0 stars, that would be perfect. read more
