Thomas C. the sole representative for this location was extremely unprofessional and rude . After…read moredealing with the stress of another store location not helping us change our phone plan due to the loss of my dad, my mother and I were looking for some help in getting new phones. When we arrived 2 hours before the store was closing to get new phones , we instantly felt like we were being rushed out the door. Thomas seemed very disinterested in helping us , and was rushing the entire time because it was the end of his shift. He then proceeded to act too interested and made us feel extremely uncomfortable talking about how he went drinking too hard the night before , using the "f" word repeatedly to describe how wasted he was, and then switched to speaking of his religion and beliefs. He kept instigating and even went on stating how his religion is better than ours . At no point did we initiate we wanted to talk of these things but he kept instigating . Then when we advised we wanted to get screen cases and protectors he said his manager was not there and it's better to just get it online. When we advised how we would rather get a case now and not break the phone in the next coming days, he was not helpful in delivering options to us and tried to get us pick one just based on the color. Today when we returned to do our trade in as advised , the gate was closed and the store still had 30minutes left to be open. I called their main line as we were walking away and asked if they were still open. He said yes but they were closing and have a strict closing time of 6pm sharp. I advised it was not 6 and the gates were down and we were looking for assistance . He then came out of the bathroom looking like he was taking a nap and put his jacket back on to help us. Worst experience as a customer with AT&T yet.

Recently "switched" from UVerse (both AT&T services. ..is this the Old Navy to UVerse's Gap??)…read more The installation itself was inept, unprepared, and not what we were promised. The service: hardly a bargain at all when you compare to what's missing that we're used to with UVerse. (No FXX?? Ugh!! A ton of my favorite TV is on that channel :( No DIY Network either. There are more that I miss, but. ...out of sight, out if mind. Sigh. Sadface. ) The equipment is ....thhheeeeee......slooooooooooooowest........thing.......evvvvvverrrrrrrrr. Even on the "main" wired box (which I don't understand why we have at all - promised a completely wireless system. Anyway....) it takes close to a full minute for the system to respond to each command, like pulling up "guide" or selecting a channel. My couch time is limited - I can't be wasting minutes all willynilly like this! Don't totally hate it - it's meh - but definitely not completely happy either. Should have just amended our UVerse package. Or gone with Time Warner. Or ditched such services altogether in lieu of a solely Netflix & Hulu life. Think hard before you commit to a contract.

In 2023 I got directv most affordable plan for $86 a month. At the time I didn't realize I was…read moresigning up for a two year contract. My contract expired Aug 15, 2025. When I called directv on Aug. 15 to see if my contract had expired they said yes. They also told me my new monthly payment would be $137 a month that's a $51 a month increase. I was shocked and had to make him repeat it one more time. I cancelled immediately. Stay away from this company they are crooks they care nothing about their customers. If I could I would give this company 0 stars
