With the Coronavirus going around, it is difficult, if not impossible to take them into any business. Fortunately, Cellairis was willing to come to my house to do the screen replacement. The individual from Cellairis came to my house after normal business hours and replaced my screen while sitting in his car. And the charge was the same as if I had brought it to the store. Within 15 minutes, I had a new screen. And the technician even put a screen protector on my phone. There was no extra charge for this or for the house call. I offered more than the fee requested as a tip for the great service, but the technician refused it. Only after I insisted and suggested he use the money to go have some beers with his co-workers did he accept the extra money. I use my phone to stay connected to the outside world and use it to order take-out food, groceries, and any other supplies for the house. I was very pleased they were able to come to my house the same evening I contacted them. Hopefully I don't have a problem like this again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Cellairis again.

I'll never understand why it takes the entire family for your teenager to select a phone case, but whatever. I was here about a phone replacement last week, after going to another location who did not have my desired phone in stock. They called around and located at this store and placed it on hold with the manager. In addition to looking like a teenager, the manager had little recollection of the conversation and arrangement a mere 20minutes later, and the employee who interacted with me consistently cut me off as I was answering her scripted questions, only to ask me another question that could have been avoided IF SHE HAD JUST LET ME FINISH TALKING! Unfortunately, she was also the only employee who was not wearing a name tag of any sort, which prevented me from making any valuable remarks in the customer service survey i was texted as soon as I walked out the door. Cricket service is what it is, and generally it isn't bad. Their employees, however, need to lose the attitude. I seem to encounter the ones who have an overinflated ego or a chip on their shoulder every other time I come in, regardless of location.

Service was fantastic! I had arrived there on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing and the employee at staff during that time was so helpful and nice. My phone was done in about 20 minutes. Prior to choosing this location, I had messaged the location inquiring about the price and time, and I received a response promptly in less than 10 minutes from the manager. The manager was very informative and helpful. In addition, I was very content with the warranty that is offered when your screen is fixed, they off a 60 day warranty included. The store offers a variety of services, also including selling and buying electronic devices. They can also replace the back of your phone if your discontent with the color your phone has, they have a variety of colors. Overall, great customer service from management and other staff at this location, my phone was fixed quickly and the result was great!
