Heyyyyyyyy there my beloved friends. I have to tell you about my not so goods experience at this store. ok so here we gooooooooo!!! I have 4 phones with this company as well as cable and internet. I have NEVER has service like this before. This location is around target and even tho there are other stores around its hard to find a parking space sometimes. Anyways I went in there to see if I had insurance on my phone and got talked into paying the phone off and getting the new Iphone 16. Thats fine..we are adults here right? but then heres where the problems began. A few days after the purchase of the phone I see that there are scratches on the top of the phone near the base. I called att at which they told me to contact Apple. Apple give me a a case number and tells me I am in FULL rights of the 14 day return sooooo I can just bring it back to the store. Now we are on our way to the store....ok right off the back things take a TERRIBLE turn. BEFORE I can even tell the young lady what is going on...here comes the manager to ask me what the problem is? Mind you he NEVER goes to ANYONE else to do the same thing BUT he comes over to me and my son ( I feel targeted) ok then he proceeds to tell me the phone didnt leave the store like that and basically we did it...I was nice enough to ask to speak to his manager and end up having to travel to another location because I hear this manager LIE and tell the other manager there are scratches on the camera which the young lady pointed out in front of him that it wasnt true! Then when I am sent to the other manager he then proceeds to make an appointment on MY phone to go to best buy for them to fix the screen... ( we dont even get into how long I sat there wating for him) BUT then today Best Buy calls me and said we cant fix the screen because we dont have any parts. He goes on to say that basically the phone is DEFECTIVE and they should take it back. Soooo now I am stuck with a phone thats defective and the manager seems to have a personal problem with me and this is ALL with att not doing anything but apologizing to me and telling me to use my insurance to fix it? BUT why...what would happen if I didnt have insurance? I am ready to LEAVE att..why should I stay with a company that I have loyal to for over 10 years and no telling HOW much money I have spent and they turn around and let their employees target me and make it so I have no recourse? its NOT right and not fair! read more

Tons of issues, $180 taken by the whole company over this store and tons of stress. Stay away from ATT as a whole company for phone use Verizon, for internet use google fiber. These people are terrible at customer service and can't even type street addresses correctly after 5 times of saying it. What a joke this store and the whole company are and I've been with them for years read more

Terrible and rude customer service. Me and my girlfriend walked in yesterday to ask about information on how to unlock her phone since we were switching to t mobile. Out of the 5 employees, only one got up after about 30 seconds of us standing trying to get help and then proceeded to act like we were crazy in asking for help with this. He didn't offer any information on how to unlock her phone and said he "had no idea what we were talking about" and that "it made no sense". Super unhelpful and never offered to help us figure out how to do it. There was also this girl who worked there who was sitting on the couch in the back laughing at us a couple times while we were asking. We were the only customers in the store at the time as well. Terrible rude customer service. Get some better employees or at least train them on customer service and basic phone knowledge... Also side note, use literally any other phone company they will do whatever they can to keep you locked onto their services and not cancel no matter what you do. Dropped my phone and it didn't just crack the screen it started causing functionality issues with my device. I'm on vacation and didn't want to waste a bunch of time getting a replacement. I was in and out in 26 minutes. Crystal Ramirez answered all my questions, expedited the replacement process, and even gave me her card in case I had any follow up questions. Not only that she gave me two recommendations for great local restaurants. AT&T can be a pain in the butt sometimes but not today. read more

Horrible store! Was greeted and signed in pretty fast but I had to look for someone to do it.. no one actually looking at people coming in thru the door, one other person walked in behind me and wandered around aimlessly and left after no one helped him. There were only 4 others signed in before me. After a few minutes I decided to just ask a question (I want to up grade myWiFi and was going to ask if they even had routers here, or was I wasting my time waiting). I ask one of their rep if I can ask him a quick question (he was on the floor for awhile, seemed like he was doing nothing), but was brushed of by him "sorry buddy, I'm off the clock" and then walks out the door. Next person... same thing just standing there... I approach her with "1 quick question" to be cut off and asked if I have signed in.. with a yes reply... then told to wait my turn, which I follow suit with her rudeness and just asked her my question which she replies.. NO we don't have the equipment here. BAM! Problem solved... if they would have just answered my question minus the rudeness and acting like I'm asking the some unanswerable question.. we would all be happy now but I'm glad I insisted cuz I saved an hour just waiting for nothing. read more
