He was super friendly and answered my questions. I expressed my love for HP and he showed me some specials they had. I ended up going with a HP OmniBook because it was $300 off. I was considering a warranty but for 1yr at $170 and it doesn't start until after the 1yr manufacturing warranty it wasn't worth it. I passed because that's not worth it. Overall, the service was great and the value was too. I just don't like their warranty program and bummed they didn't have Pokemon.

I've been disappointed over the last few years, both as a customer, veteran, and student. During my recent visit, I was helped quickly, which I appreciated. However, I found the last unit of a product I wanted, and it was already opened. The employee told me there was nothing they could do--I had to either buy it at full price or it would be sent back to the manufacturer. No discount, credit, or alternative was offered. The staff are doing their best, but the policies make it frustrating for loyal customers. I wish I can give more stars especially to the amazing people that work here but Bestbuy you have failed your employees and your customers.

My first and foremost reason, when it comes to their business model of shopping, it is well documented and known by Costco employees that the stores PURPOSEFULLY most items around. Even their very popular ones! That makes it difficult to run in, find an item or two, pay, and run out when you need to. That is a total garbage model and time waster for smaller busier families. Not everybody has the luxury of shopping with Mrs. Daisy and make a visit to Costco a wonderful family outing and be forced to explore shop, and encounter new products while looking common popular items. Secondly, on my last two trips here, the store was either out one or more of my favorite staple Costco items OR no one knows where they are at. The employees frankly come off spooked when asked where an item is. That's how bad it is. In my most recent visit, I was told by an employee that Costco no longer does premade pizzas anymore! Haha! Lame! I'll admit that I really only keep my membership to benefit from their gas prices.
