I don't know why this is apparently done separately of getting a new phone plan when I arrived home, I attempted to call T-Mobile. My phone did not work. I went back to the store and waited in line again. The manager noticed me the store and said nothing to me after I was original person made some phone calls and said my phone would not work for 2 to 24 hours. I wanted him to change it back to the old plan so I could have my phone working. I was not prepared to have my phone not working for a day if they would've just told me that in the beginning wouldn't have had a problem. The store is poorly managed, and the personnel are always asking for help from the manager and other workers, horrible service, poor knowledge of service.

It was $99 - phone repair, $9.99 - E-Waste & Eco Disposal Fee (for a glass screen not a battery!!), $39.99 - labor fee, $7.50 - service charge and tax on all of that!! And there was an option to add a big tip!! I went there hoping to receive a Walmart type of pricing. I would suggest that you go elsewhere. It was also difficult to communicate, as I only speak English. This company is a major ripoff!

I stopped by the shop hoping for a quick assist. The owner who helped me (super nice and patient) jumped right in, got that screw out without any hassle, and made the whole process easy. He was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help me finish the job. I needed a new keyboard because many of my keys were sticking/broken from the laptop being dropped during moving. I picked up my laptop a week later, and unfortunately didn't test the keyboard in the store. I don't use it much and didn't test it right away. A couple weeks later when I used it, I noticed the keys were uneven and felt off. The lighted keyboard also didn't work (it worked when I dropped it off). I took it back in when Gordon was working (different guy than the one on Sunday). What a horrible, unprofessional and smartass employee!! WOW!!!!!! I've had have my own business for over 30 years.......I couldn't imagine treating a customer like he treated me. He insinuated and basically accused me of spilling something on my keyboard. Pressure on keys were still uneven and backlight on my keyboard didn't work. Whomever installed it obviously didn't reconnect.....so now I type with a dark keyboard at night. Yes, I became angry and was appalled at his narcissistic and accusatory attitude. Asked me what the "residue" was on my keyboard. I walked out with my computer so fast and so mad and insulted.......NOTHING WAS SPILLED ON MY COMPUTER, GORDON!! It was their shoddy work and incompetency to install a keyboard that still isn't right!! He was absolutely disgusting to deal with. What a horrible representation of this business.
