Awesome, friendly, and professional! *Currently, there isn't an employee feedback option for this location, so I decided to write it here* Every time I have to purchase a phone or come in because of a problem, this is my go-to AT&T store. The employees here are great and are so willing to make sure you're taken care of. And just to reinforce the other reviews, Troy is definitely the man! Troy had helped me a few years back with the release of the iPhone 5, and his hard work is still remembered to this day. It's great to see employees like him working in a managerial position. In my most recent experience with this location, the MVP award goes to Emma N. Emma is that one employee who will go that extra mile for you just to make sure everything worked out. She's helped my family out the last couple days, and even though she was busy, still made us feel like the number one priority. You could tell that Emma cares for her customers. She doesn't try to set you up with a plan that would be better for AT&T, rather, she wants what's ideally best for you. In our first encounter, I had explained quite a complicated situation that my family was in (we had just upgraded our phones and plans with AT&T through Apple and there were some things we were not informed about), and at the time, even though there was not much she could do on her end, she directed us with the best possible options, and even gave us her contact information so that we could reach out to her in the case the problem was not getting any better. And upon resolving the issue with Apple and coming back, Emma was more than delighted to assist us and made sure we were setting foot in the right direction with our new phones/plan. It's employees like Emma that make you want to stick with AT&T and make future purchases. If you come to this AT&T, I'm positive that everyone will take care of you. I came into this store today to have them help with my account, instead of calling customer service and talking to someone that doesn't speak English very well. It took maybe about 20 minutes or so, but it was worth the wait to have some very friendly staff willing to help and be really kind to me. Thanks Tyler! read more

ATT network does not work for iPhone 4. Dropped calls contstantly. They admitted that the iPhone 4 requires more bandwidth and are the first calls dropped. they suggested that I get another phone that does work on their network. If you want an iPhone 4, whatever you do, do not ever sign any agreement with ATT. read more

To the "gentlemen" who were standing, leaning on the tables by the door, who thought it was cool to laugh at me as I walked by, I appreciate how "great" you made me feel. Just so you know, my limp is due to an accident I had when I was a teenage, not because of I'm overweight, but I'm sure it didn't matter to you. Next time if you want to laugh at someone, maybe don't stop laughing when the person makes eye contact. It's awkward for both of you. I've stopped by twice in the last few months, and each time, none of the workers acknowledged my existence in any way. I was there most recently on a quiet weekday morning. I was able to see and hold some of the new phones, so I self-answered some of my own questions. Unfortunately, I needed to upgrade so I had additional questions, but couldn't even catch the eye of a salesperson. They were completely focused on either the person in front of them or their phone call, but just a glance and a wave would have prompted me to stick around longer. But after 20 minutes, I gave up. I could've interrupted them, but just decided to upgrade my phone on a different day, at a different place. read more

I wouldn't go to this store manager has no clue! My phone order got shipped to wrong address after I even made sure they had right address and they still put it in wrong. Now I have to wait to get phone reordered after first phone gets sent back. Terrible service! read more

First the service, been in this place a few times. They have a sense to ask when you dont need help, however it becomes uncanny when you do. They will be hard pressed to find, and once you do they ask you to wait for just a moment and will become sidetracked. As far as AT&T in general. Had them for a long time. Lost texts,(despite never losing service and dont get many txts), exorbitant cost, and lame phones. read more

She was genuinely concerned that I be happy with my AT&T phone and offered suggestions to help me find a better phone that fits my needs. I'll be back to see her again! Absolutely awful. Went in to have my line and my 2 kids put on a family plan last weekend. Spent two hours going over the whole thing. Today I checked my bill online and it said I owed $575!!! Then I spent an hour on the phone trying to fix all the things they did wrong. My kids weren't even on the family plan! Then I find out the monthly fee is $30 more per month than was quoted. Very frustrated. I won't use them again. read more

Here's the gist, the customer service here is great. Nathan and his manager (whose name escapes me at the moment) really understand and take pride in customer service. Not just in the basic retail sense of using it to drive sales, but also in actual human connection. Me and my wife came in prepared to cancel our entire contract based on a mistake made at an att store in another state. Traditional customer service wasn't doing the trick, but Nathan and his manager got creative and earned att two life long customers. Cannot recommend this store and it's employees enough. No matter your issue, I know that as long as you treat these employees with respect, they will do everything within their power to help you. read more

I would recommend avoiding this store at all costs. While I found most of the employees at this location to be helpful (particularly Drew), the store manager Kevin is incompetent, unhelpful, rude and aggressive. While I won't get into the specific details of the formal complaint filed against him with AT&T, I will just say that my family has been a 20+ year customer of AT&T and were faced with extreme hostility and a very unprofessional response when attempting to discuss a potential issue with the store manager. While I know the store manager role can be difficult and that they don't always have the flexibility to make things right by the customer (given options provided by AT&T), Kevin did not even attempt to look up our relationship with AT&T, come to a viable solution, or abide by even the most basic customer service principles. Instead, he chose to be hostile and lie about the cause of and potential solutions to our issue. After this very unfortunate experience I spoke to the 1-800 number and was provided the customer service (and solution) that Kevin refused to entertain or even look into. I like this location and staff and hope they make a change to the store manager role for the sake of all of AT&T's Northgate customers. read more

I normally pay my bill at this store location. Today I had the unfortunate experience of having a total douche bag assist me in that process. I was unable to remember my billing zip code and had to ask for assistance using the auto pay machine. The gentleman that assisted me was not only condescending, but also seemed very disinterested in customer satisfaction. Very disappointing experience, at a store that is normally fine. My contract is up in December, and I will definitely be making a change. read more

Biggest ripoff ever. Went into the store to get an iPad upgrade and they wanted to charge me a $45 activation fee, $100 for the iPad and $10 a month! AT&T is a big rip off and I'm not happy whatsoever. Stay away from them. All they care about is money and playing games. Disgusted. read more

All wireless companies suck but my experiences here have been stellar, Troy stayed well past closing getting around all the corporate crap to find me the best deal on a complicated family plan. No idea what the negative reviews are about, this is complex stuff, I trust everyone here places the best interest of the customers as the highest priority. A high recommendation from me. read more

I had a great experience working with multiple sales people. Caitlin (and another girl whose name i cant remember) were amazing. She helped us uncover a couple of things that we were being overcharged for to help us decrease our monthly bill. I did not however have the same experience with the manager of the store Cristina. She was short with me, didn't answer my questions in a straightforward manner, wasn't solutions oriented, and showed little customer service helping me and the others around me. It seemed like she viewed customers as cattle that she had to herd to the cash register not people. If it had been just Caitlin helping us I would give it a 5 star rating, but the manager ruined it for her store. read more

This atat is crap. Their staff is horrible and unhelpful. Their reps are really pushy and try to pressure you to buy their phones/plans. Then if you do and you need help or have a problem with something, they don't help you and they leave you high and dry. They offer no solution. The manager was unhelpful and mean also. Changed our plans to go to this specific store, because my step-mom was promised a gold iphone 6 and $75 for her iphone 4. They proceeded to shut down her old phone, then offered her only $20 for it, and told her they didnt have any gold iphone6s in stock. Insulted her by saying she could take her phone around the corner where they buy them at a kiosk! I have been screwed over by stores like these that promise you things to get you to come in, only to disapoint you. This is not customer service, it is disrespect. I've have been with AT&T Wireless since my first mobile phone back in 1999 and have done many of my upgrades at this particular AT&T store. The staff have always been helpful and the merchandise has always been exceptional. The prices are a bit high but that's the store's fault--that's what we have to pay for ever changing technology. read more

Shelby who works here either needs to be fired or re-trained - it is that bad. Poor customer service skill. I was told by another representative (don't remember his name, but his name starts with a V and he was great) who works in the same store that as long as I have the passcode that the account holder (my husband) uses to log in, then they could help look up our details, which is all I needed. Shelby was just intense. Tried to confront that what I was told was not correct, however, she had to help me after she found out she was wrong and that didn't make her happy! So she asked me if I know the account holder. Are you serious? That's the first thing I told you - the account holder is my husband! Later she told me that my passcode was wrong and she couldn't help further. Well, it worked when I tried on my own! I got tired of "getting help" from her so I walked out the store and told her she had bad customer service on my way out. She goes:"awww have a good day!" How bad is that you job is to get paid to help out customers, but customers don't want any help from you and feel uncomfortable talking to you. read more

This review is for the store at Northgate only and the idiots who work there. I actually like ATT and have been a wireless customer for over 10 years now. 1. new (pd for) phone came in, got a notice from fed ex 24 hrs later, no call from store. 2. went in to pick it up was told it wasn't unpacked, come back in an hour. 3. After an hour told: "not yet" 4. They called 5 hrs later & had the nerve to tell me "and if you don't pick it up w/in 6 days we'll send it back to the factory" (um, wtf it was already fully pd. for!) 5. Went in for the 3rd time that day at 8pm and found a line out of the store. After 10 min. was told it would be 30 min. to just pick up my (already paid for) phone. I had my 3 yo with me, so I just left. 6. I called the store at 9pm and was told 5 diff. stories/excuses of what I needed to do to pick up the phone (one included that they could now miraculously hold it longer than 6 days) but no they cannot send it to me as I requested (they could have if I'd specified that when I ordered and pd. for it and option not given at the time! 7. Next morning, 4th time at store 30 min wait., NOT asked for ID (which was 1 reason they couldn't send). And then told that they could configure it for me if I was willing to wait. . .30 minutes. ARRRGGGGHHHHH!!! read more

So, so disappointed with this store and it's manager and employees. My husband and I had our upgrades available in September, and the employee convinced us to get the AT&T Next program (DO NOT GET IT. DO NOT, IT'S 1000 percent NOT WORTH IT). The terms he told us were a complete lie, which we figured out a few days later when we got our phone bill -- we talked to the manager, who said he supported his employee and said that we were liars. I'm not exaggerating or summarizing -- he told my husband on the phone that we were lying. We are now stuck paying more for this stupid service -- and to get out of it, we were told we have to wait until next April -- a year and a half after we got the service. If we want to change our phones in September (the entire point of getting Next), we're stuck with Next. At this point we just want to get out of it. Lesson learned. I will never go to this store again---ever, not even to just charge my phone. The employees at the downtown Seattle store are not too far away but miles better than this store. read more

I returned my phone three days after getting it, due to not having service at my house. I returned it to Seattle due to my husband being hospitalalized there at the VA. I then get this bill for over a 1000.00 dollors., which I call costumer service. They tell me I have to drive over two hours to take care of this mater and have to go to the store which I returned it to. So I do that only to be told it could be handled at our local store and then find out that they can't do any thing till tues. (Mind you the auto pay is coming out Monday. ) after no help I drive home ( another 2hours back.) Go to our local one only to be told the same thing nothing can be done till after mon. I definitely will not be recomending AT&T due to how they handle situations (The two employees that did try to help me were very courtious.) read more

Worst customer service ever. Their employee Tess gave me the incorrect phone and when I returned to the store to correct her mistake she went to her manager to help solve the issue. Instead of correcting their mistake, they accused me of being wrong, despite the fact that I had two witnesses with me that witnessed her make a mistake. The manager Seth continued to tell me that he was going to support his employee because he works with her everyday and doesn't know me. Their employee Tess had absolutely no idea what she was doing when she helped me and was completely disrespectful. I will never go back to this store, instead of assisting me with an issue that was THEIR own mistake, they proceeded to treat me in a disgusting and disrespectful manner and not solve my issue. read more

I came in this afternoon (1/17/15) looking at the iphone6 as my iphone5 decided that very afternoon to stop receiving messages and calls. I had a lovely sales associate by the name of Kayla help me. She was great at explaining the pros and cons of the 6+ and the 6. I am a very indecisive person and she was very patient with me. When I finally decided on the 6, she came over with a bunch of cases to to help protect my new investment. She was helpful, and very pleasant to work with. She put on a great screen protector for me as well. Unfortunately when I got home (1.5 drive or 1hr ferry ride away) I noticed there were a couple dust particles on the screen that someone with my OCD would totally drive nuts. So of course I contact my local store to see if they could fix it and they said I had to return to the store that did the installation. Ok I get that but I live so far away the price of my trip would be the price of a news screen protector. So I call this store and speak with Troy the manager who totally went out of his way to help me and make sure I was happy with that the product. Not only did he contact the Silverdale store for me, he endured they would take care of me and even followed up. Although I don't live remotely close- I would definitely recommend this location if you are in the market for a new phone. Thanks!! read more

A great store for getting AT&T/wireless carrier tasks completed. I needed a new SIM card for my phone - and the service person (same as the one I will review below) was competent and friendly for this task. She called customer service and had my old SIM inactivated, and put a new one into the phone. A-ok. HOWEVER, I made the mistake of asking about buying a screen protector for my iphone. I usually make these purchases at the Apple store as they have higher quality products, plus their staff is not on commission so there's less pressure to sell. The same service person above, Abby B, recommended a product and installed it. The screen protector had bubbles in it but she told me it will cure in up to 48 hours, and may take up to a week. And she said it was guaranteed. I should have clarified what "guaranteeed" meant, and yes I was wrong to assume that it meant that I could ask for a refund when the bubbles DID NOT go way after 4 days. They were driving me nuts! I returned to the store to ask for a refund (from the same sales person who installed it). I did not appreciate being talked to like a 5 year old, in a condescending tone, and on top of it, to be told that I did not wait 7 days...oh, and "did you pick at the bubbles?" WTF??!!! . I wish they would be upfront with disclaiming that there are no refunds on these products. Better yet, if you offer installation, do it correctly. Overall, come here if you need SIM card services or wireless carrier services. DON'T come here to buy iphone accessories, especially screen protectors, as the Apple store offers higher quality products, a larger selection, and staff who are not commission-driven. I don't know if the staff at the store know this, but after a purchase has been made, customers (like me) receive a text survey on how their service rep performed. One would think that the servicerep would know that before she treated me like that for a $30 return. So, save your text review/rating for a few days....after you know that you're completely satisfied (or not) with your purchase. read more

Terrible customer service! Was told I could return or exchange my $80 life proof case up to one year if there was anything wrong with it. The case is terrible and doesn't work. When I went to exchange it for a normal case they told me it's only at 14 day return or exchange policy. So basically the employees will lie and try to sell you everything and when you are unhappy they say too bad. Don't go here unless you want to get lied to and ripped off. read more

Was afraid to come to this location because of the bad reviews, but it was a great experience. Greeted immediately by Store Manager Mitchell and sales rep Fahim and even though I wasn't buying anything and only needed a new SIM card to replace a defective one, they were both friendly and very helpful. The entire time everyone was courteous, professional and fixed my problem quickly. I was told that the old staff was gone and this was a new crew, so that might explain the different experience I had, but I wholeheartedly recommend this location for any AT&T needs. In the past I haven't had the best customer service when it comes to Cell Phone Providers, after dealing with Verizon for about 10 years and having multiple issues and charges to my account I decided 3 years ago to switch to At&t. Things have gone pretty smooth until recently I started noticing some issues with my account and service, then my girlfriend needed a new phone so I decided to make a trip into the At&t store in the Northgate Mall. Danny was the service rep. who assisted us and he was professional and friendly, gave us the sim card, didn't charge us the fee after hearing we were having some issues. Then he started helping us better understand our service plan and when I needed some more information Joshua - the Store Manager came over and was able to clearly explain our options. Joshua and Danny provided the assistance we needed. It was refreshing to get "informative" details regarding our account and service, because of their help we felt confident making our "own" decision regarding our Cell service and was able to snag an entertainment package ultimately saving us about $20 a month! Joshua and Danny were great - maybe our world isn't doomed after all. read more
